Chapter 5: Hide and Seek

Yu's POV

Kanji: 9, 10! I'M COMING FOR YOU GUYS!

Teddie: IT'S SUPPOSED TO 20! NOT 10!

Kanji: SO THATS WHERE YOU WERE HIDING BEAR!

Teddie: AHHH

Kanji: GET BACK HERE!!!

I could hear Kanji and Teddie yell at the top of their lungs from where i was hiding. Last time we did this i'm pretty sure this we weren't this loud. Hopefully we all won't get into too much trouble for this. I could still hear Teddie screaming as Kanji kept on chasing him. From the furniture department which i was hiding inside, they sounded close.

Yu: Hmm i better move soon...

Kanji: DAMMIT TEDDIE STOP RUNNING. I ALREADY FOUND YOU!

Teddie: BUT YOU HAVEN'T CAUGHT ME YET!

Kanji: YOUR GONNA REGRET THIS YOU DAMN BEAR!

Checking my surroundings, I wait for the right moment to make my move. I hear footsteps run past me while i still remain hidden behind a brown leather sofa. Unfortunate the footsteps stop near me as i hear someone being tackled to the ground.

Kanji: Finally!!! Got you Teddie!

Teddie: No fair you were supposed to count to 20.

Kanji: Quit complaining and lets go find the others.

Teddie: Ok! you go find Yosuke and Sensei! While i look for the girls!

Kanji: Wait no we-

As i listen in i hear Teddie run i off yelling.

Teddie: Ready or not here comes Teddie ladies!!!

Kanji: God dammit Ted...

Stumped i hear Kanji walk in the other direction. As soon as i hear the footsteps stop moving. i take a peek outside my hiding spot and look around. Teddie and Kanji had indeed left the area i was in. My gut told my to stay. But last time i did that Yosuke found me and Yukiko won being the last hider. With all this nostalgic feeling in the air it would be a good idea to move from place to place this time.

Yu: Looks clear... have to keep my guard up. Hmm... where should i go ? Probably somewhere where no one is currently at.

I whisper to myself. Last time Chie was spotted cause she got distracted by a kickboxing bag. Kanji tried to hide among a bunch giant Teddie bears but was found immediately after Teddie decide to jump on top of them. Rise however thought that the smartest place to be was in the women's clothing store where she thought she had the advantage over me and the guys. Well until Nanako found her putting on different clothes. Naoto seemed set on staying in the the food court since she thought no one would expect it. That is until Yosuke wander in to Naoto's hiding spot with a certain magazine in his hand. Never thought i see the Yosuke get destroyed by someone other then Chie.

Yu: Hmm... could try the grocery department... No too many aisles... Maybe the auto department...

I kept on thinking until...

Yosuke: OW!
