Peter's earliest memory was when his dad took him to the park to see the deer.
Remus's earliest memory was sitting on the counter eating marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate out of a sippy cup. His parents were trying to comfort him because he refused to go to bed because he was afraid of the storm. (This was a couple years before he was attacked by Fenrir.)
Sirius tried to forget most of his earlier memories. His first memory was of his parents dueling in the living room. His mother was yelling, holding Regulus and using the Cruciatus curse on his father.
James's first memory was being taken to Honeydukes on his birthday. His parents told him he could pick out anything he wanted and and they would buy it for him.
