Ever since Remus could remember, he always felt a bit off color. He didn't really know the difference until people started pointing it out. He thought there was just something wrong with him. Wizards don't recognize the same illness that muggles do and thought it was just werewolf related until Lily pointed out that he probably had anxiety. Remus didn't understand, so she explained it. The other Marauders weren't surprised at all and did their best to support him.
I don't know... Just a thought.
