Chapter 5: Not A Game!

Azura seemed quite calm considering her best friend was missing. Ben looked at her, curious, he hid in Azura's pocket. He knew something was wrong, but why did Zurry seem unfazed?

Azura looked around, staring out in the distance as she grabbed the Red Moon Necklace draping freely from her pale neck. Ben knew immediately to jump from her pocket. He watched as her body glowed a faint red color, being only able to see her shadow. Black and red metallic clothes appeared on her. Her hair now pulled into a long flowing ponytail. Ben gasped in amazement, though he has seen this a million times before, it was always the second most exciting part of her ability. Her eyes focused as she slowly floated back to the ground.
"I swear when I figure out what happen to her...it better not be in the hands of some fiend!" She growled, her wolf ears sticking straight back, which showed she was worried, but stayed calm to look for her friend.
Ben hopped onto her shoulder. "Do you thing HE is up to his usual games again?" He asked, holding on to a small strand of silver hair that didn't make it into the ponytail.
"This isn't a game Kitsune...this one is beyond personal. To involve my friends and put them in danger like this! It is unforgivable! He won't get away with it!" Tears filled her eyes, looking away from Ben just quick enough to wipe her tears.
Ben realized to quickly and wiped her tears with his fluffy tail.
"It will be otay Zurry Chan! For all we know she just went home early. We don't exactly know where she went remember?."
