I'm Back Part '2'

Me and Zoe decided that we should meet at 8:30 pm, so we can spend our time talking and chatting about everything. Meanwhile, I was preparing my clothes because tomorrow is the first day at school, I am a junior student and less than three months, I will finally be a senior student. They told us that this semester there will be new students, I am the president of our student council, so we have to prepare at least two paragraphs encouraging new students, I already prepared them at the end of the first semester because I was worried that I might forget it.

I started preparing myself, I straightened my hair, wore ripped jeans with red top and my leather jacket, added red lipstick. I promised my mom that I won't be late. I opened the door, I freaked out because Zoe was standing in front the door and she scared me. We laughed so hard, then we went to the park and sat on the wet grass and enjoyed the breeze.

She started:" Why did you cry today? Tell me what is happening? You are totally freaking me out". I took a deep breath and I wanted to talk but she interrupted:" Why do I have the feeling that what you are about to say is really bad?" I looked at her and started:" Zoe, I can't tell you what happened, you will never believe me because I didn't believe myself at the beginning". She said:" What?? I am your sister, you have to tell me, I promise that I will believe you, just tell me". She said that in an angry tone.

I said:" I am going to talk so don't interrupt, I am so scared but I have to tell you.. Okay, I am sure that you know the nearby Chinese restaurant right? The one I love.." She nodded and I continued:" Well, we were eating there and I..I..".

She said:" COME ON !!"

I talked so fast and missed some minor details and continued:" I was really sad about the trip so my parents thought that I would feel better if I had fortune cookies, I opened it and it said say nothing, your life is in danger, you must leave the city, repeat say nothing, I cried so much and I was scared... I didn't tell anyone, after three days I received a message it said you didn't tell anyone, good for you, but still you didn't leave the city, think about it before it is too late". While I was telling the story, Zoe had her mouth opened the whole time and I was crying then I continued:" Then I went jogging like always trying to forget those silly things, it was 6:00 am after walking for half an hour , then I noticed there was a shadow following me, I was too scared to turn around so I kept walking for long distance and the shadow was right behind me then I turned around to see no one was there , I fell on the ground because I was too shocked then a message was delivered to my phone it said keep walking I am still here , and they told me in the hospital that I was hit with a metal stick that made my head bleed, and I can't remember anything". I was crying so bad, my eyes were raining.

I was looking at Zoe , she stared at me then she jumped and hugged me , she started crying and said:" I am so sorry baby, I didn't know that you went through all of this". She continued:" I will help you, don't worry, I am here for you".

Zoe tried to change the subject but we kept going back to our start point.

We finally forgot my problems and we talked about school and what we are doing after school tomorrow, she talked about Hawaii, the weather, the food, guys... Girls stuff.

I noticed someone walking towards us , I couldn't see who was it so I told Zoe to turn around but she didn't recognize that person. We kept waiting until that person was too close for us and I could finally recognize him, it was Cameron. He came to us and said:" Hi girls, how are you doing?".

Zoe slammed him in the face and said:" Can we help you?".

I laughed and said :" Zoe, this is Cameron, he is the guy who helped me when I passed out that day".

Zoe said:" I am so sorry I didn't know who you are.."

Cameron laughed and said:" That is okay, nice to meet you anyway.."

Zoe said:" Nice to meet you too".

Cameron looked at me and said:" How are you doing now?"

I smiled and said:" I am much better, thank you so much".

Cameron said:" Thank god, I will meet you tomorrow at school, Hope so"

I gasped and said:" You are coming to our school?"

He nodded , I continued:" I am so excited for that".

He said:" Me too, I must be going now , my dad is probably waiting for me, good bye".

Zoe replied:" Goodbye".

I said:" Goodbye, please send my greetings to your father".

He smiled, Oh I just remembered how perfect his smile is , we smiled in return.

Then Zoe and I stared at each other and laughed so hard.

I said:" I know right? He is perfectly perfect".

We high fived and kept laughing, then we talked about school and college.

It was 10:10 pm, I started closing my eyes because I was so tired, then we decided that it is our time to leave, we hugged each other and wished for each other a good night.

When we reached our houses, someone sent me a message, but my phone was with Zoe, she opened it then gasped and she tripped, I held her and asked what is wrong, she didn't answer. I took the phone, the message said:" Didn't I warn you not to say anything to anyone? You and your best friend will meet your worst nightmares, try not to sleep tonight, unless if you want to go to the hospital again..." It was from an unknown number...
