I'm looking out my window and it's really sunny today. I'm staring at the beautiful complexions of my stranger next door. The freckles, the shoulder muscles I feel most comfortable in and the most perfect lips a human could ever have. My beautiful stranger was sleeping late today. I felt the duty to wake him up, yet I couldn't help but drown in the beauty right before my window. This is everything like a year ago, but now there's a slight difference: this creature is all mine. The sun rays found their way their way tickling just below my beautiful stranger's eyelids, and I couldn't help but feel jealous.

We had a date today. I had to wake him up, what a shame. I grabbed a piece of paper, folded it into the messiest ball ever and threw it over his window. Instantly, my beautiful stranger opened his eyes; so blue that I got lost in there so many times. He smiled at me. Oh, how dare he, send all these butterflies into my stomach; how dare he plant roses inside my chest! I smiled back, but I was sure that my smile would never have the same effect on him as it does on me.

I am the weaker in this love, but isn't the weaker one in love considered the strongest? My beautiful stranger wasn't anything perfect. He was all messed up on the inside, and so was I. Today was one of the days I felt like walking down the street and hugging random strangers and talking to them about how beautiful life could get. I was now with a living heart, a heart that makes me stronger than ever. Ben got up, and stood right in front of his window and gestured with his hands, at first, I thought he was waving, but then I realized he was asking if he could come over. With no seconds thoughts, I nodded, because if he wasn't allowed here, who would be?

"Hey there gorgeous Creeper," he gave me a kiss on the forehead which sent shivers down my spine. "Not Creeper, its Leila." I pointed out teasing him. "Leila who'd made me into a dependent person." He said "Huh?" I didn't understand. "Leila who'd become my walking tank of oxygen, I seriously think you attract oxygen to you or something." He smirked. Only Ben had the power to change words into something which ate away my organs replacing them with gardens.

Leila was standing next to me, and we were watching the sunset this time. The Sun's goodbyes to earth are so beautiful every day. "I'm coming back soon," it would promise by shading clouds of yellow, orange and purple. It would give the Earth the impression that something great is about to come after it, but it's just only misleading; because if the Earth ever knew about the darkness of the night that follows, it would never let go of the sun. However, the sun never breaks its promise and always comes back again.

If Leila and I ever knew that Jaime and Daniel would disappear, we would have given our lives in place of theirs. We were in so much pain that we believed we were lifeless, but if they had not disappeared from this life, we wouldn't have even crossed paths. The past is in the past. And right now, the future is beaming at us. The future is ours. "I love you," Leila whispered. I held her hands tightly and pulled her towards me resting her head on my shoulder. "I love you too."
We watched as the Sun waved its last goodbye. We once thought that our hearts were broken beyond repair, that we would never have another chance of love in this life. Turns out we were never broken; we just needed a trigger to start up our hearts again. And here they are, both operating at full speed. And mine, on fire.
