✒️Sick of the temptations of food as my stomach is growling in protest of the pain. Looking past the bones that show and down to the fat ass thighs I have or the gut I got. I don't know how to see the wrong I'm doing all I see is numbers in between my toes on that scale. I can hear the words spoken. I drink water cutting back the stabbing agony in my guts. Breaking down and eating a ton acting like that hogs instinct I have deep down. Feeling like shit and shoving those fingers down my throat. It's all a repeated process I can't overcome.
