The raise was at It's beginning.One Party (group)called the Black Panthers was formed to get rights for Colored people. Back then it was legal to carry a weapon (gun).The Black Panther Party was now for protesting there rights and speaking there mind, the FBI wanted the finished. They assassinated many of them and the killed the leader and they Fred Hampton when they raided there homes and with Fred Hampton the did a raid in his house and shot him plenty of times the most definitely OVER KILLED him bullet shots all thought his room. But the Fight still continued.
