Hello dear wattpadians! This weeks book of the week is......"Bad Company" and the sequel "Bad Influence" by wonelson. This fantastic series is about a girl who gets kicked out of her house and has to live with her aunt (who is a lot a bit crazy). While there she meets the strange and mysterious man who works for her aunt. But when strange things start happening (that's not counting the already strange things that go on like the living/dead food inside the fridge) she tries to find what is going on inside her aunts store and what this mysterious man has to do with it. But what happens when she finds magic is afoot. Will she find out what this mysterious man is? Will she get away from her crazy aunt and what would happen if she did? Follow the journey of a girl facing all odds and will hopefully win? Read on to find out all the strange and funny details. Enjoy :) This author has many other amazing books that I have not had the chance to read.
Also besides a wattpad book, I want to promote this really good book by Susan Casey. Susan Casey is the editor of time Inc. She has written many articles and books including Devils teeth. Devils Teeth is about the Farallones Island, that are located off the coast of California. She talks about her visit to these shark infested island, where the island is covered in thousands of birds. The Farallones are pretty much inhabitable, covered in steep rocky slopes and no real harbor. Staying on the Farallones is difficult at the least. There are only a few buildings on the island, including an old house and a lighthouse. She visits this island during shark season (fall) and follows Peter Pyle and Scot Anderson from one shark feeding (seals and sea lions) to another. From watching a great white breach to watching it tear through their surfboard (used to get sharks attention). This book is really interesting, plus it is a true story so you learn a lot from it. Plus funny little stories that people tell Susan while she is there. Like the time a local diver jumped on top of a white shark when diving from his boat.
