Chapter 9- News

"What's the matter Jereth? Is something wrong?" Sarah asked concerned. Jereth wiped away a tear and said "Precious my father the fae King just told me my mother is on her death bed. Also that I have to marry soon before her death. That her last wish is to see me married."
"Oh Jereth don't cry. Your mother wouldn't want you to cry." Sarah said. Jereth got on one knee and took something out of his pocket. "I was going to wait for another month or two but... Will you marry me?" Jereth asked.
"Oh Jereth!" Sarah said covering her mouth at the sight of the ring. Instead of a diamond their was an emerald shaped like the labyrinth. "Oh of course yes. I will marry you. But I have to ask that we take it slow after getting married. I want to be like dating instead of marriage." Sarah said.
They both smiled."Let's go tell Hoggle, Ludo, Ambrosis, and Sir Didimus the news all of the news." Sarah said excitedly. They told everyone. Hoggle was the one with the biggest yet saddest smile.
"Well we better get going. We not only have a wedding to prepare but have to go to the fae Kingdom." Jereth said. Soon Jereth had transported their luggage even Sarah's friends luggage. Then he gave a crystal to each and when they threw the crystal on the ground they teleported to the fae castle.
When they were at the castle they were led to the Queen's room. Soon everyone saw the queen and were acquainted with everyone. The queen smiled seeing the ring on Sarah's finger. "You must be Sarah." The queen said weakly. Sarah nodded her head.
"My Queen I do not know much of the fae but are you not immortal?" Sarah asked kindly with worry on her face. "I am immortal but immortal doesn't mean I can't die. Some servant tried to poison the chef but the poison made it to my food and not the chefs." The Queen said sadly.
Sarah covered her mouth gently with one hand and buried her face within Jereth's chest. Jereth's wasn't too built but wasn't not built. He was just in between and Sarah was happy to have the perfect guy. "So when is the wedding?" The Queen asked suddenly.
"Oh umm we don't know yet!" Jereth said. "Hmmm how about in a week Jereth and Sarah?" The King said as to announce he had entered the room. "Perfect!" Jereth and Sarah said at the same time in unison.
