"What is it?" I say.

Teegan rushes outside and walks over to someone.

*Teegans P.O.V*

I run outside to see Michelle covered in snow.

"You just left me out here!" She says.

"I'm so sorry Michelle, I met this guy and he asked me for hot chocolate inside..."

"ohh, you met a guy, you never meet guys, he must be a cute one." She forgave me instantly. 

"Yes, I did... and he's still inside if you don't mind, I kind of just left him." I told her.

"Fine, you go ahead, I'll try to go meet someone on the slopes."

I turn around to go back into the cabin.

I start walking back to where Hayes and I were sitting. He was on his phone.

"Your back, for a second I though that you left me." he says.

"I'm sorry, my friend doesn't really know how to ski or snowboard, and I kind of left her until she got to the bottom."

"I didn't know that you were here with someone else?"

"She's my best friend, she understands me better than anyone else. My life is very... difficult and interesting." I say.

"Well, I would love to know more about you.. can I have your number?" he says.

Hayes looked so cute when he said that. He was rustling with his hair.

"I would love to give you my number. It's 317-225-6179."

"Awesome, I'll text you later then, I have to go. Bye Teegan" He said as he was giving me a hug.

I sat back down in the booth. I just gave a guy my number.. this hasn't happened since... forever.

Michelle comes into the cabin and sits down and we order more hot chocolate.

"So... did you get his number?" she asks.

"Not exactly.. I gave him mine. I never thought to ask about his."

"Well at least he has yours.. do you think he was into you?"

"I mean I think so. We couldn't stop talking and the way he looked at me and smiled.. It was magic Michelle!"

"Wow, he seems to make you happy, I've never seen you smile so much!"

"I guess I've never been treated like an actual person around a guy before except Sam.. until that went wrong.. really wrong!"

"I hope you never and I mean never have a relationship like Sams again." Michelle says.

"Trust me... I hope I don't either."

Michelle and I finish our hot chocolates and head to our room. As I was walking upstairs I feel my phone vibrate. I didn't answer it because I thought it was Hayes and didn't want to respond right away.  We get to our room and it was beautiful. It only had one bed that both and Michelle had to share. The bathroom was so big, and it had a chandelier it the center with a big bathtub.

"This place it great!" 

"I know I feel like i'm living in a mansion or something." I said.

I jump onto the bed and lay on my stomach. I grab my phone out of my pocket. 

I had 2 messages. One was from my mom and the other one was from... an unknown number.

Hi Honey, I hope that you are having fun and being safe. Call me in the morning. Love you!

To: Momma

Will do, I love you too!!

The other number was unknown. I thought it might be someone with the wrong number, but when I clicked the message...

Hey, Teegan its Hayes. I just wanted to say that I had a great time today getting hot chocolate with you! I hope that we can do it again sometime!

I changed the contact in my phone to Hayes :)

To: Hayes :)

Hi Hayes, I had a great time with you too! You are really great to talk to! Are you still in town? We could get breakfast in the morning if you want!

I got out of my messages and took my phone into the bathroom. I brought my clothes in and turned on the shower. My Pandora was on and Ariana Grande was playing. I hopped in the shower and it felt good to take one since I've been out on the slopes all day. Michelle was watching tv when I got out. I was wearing a black Adidas sweatshirt and some shorts. I sit in the chair that is by a desk and out my phone.

I got a message from Hayes.

From: Hayes :)

I'm still in town but I leave tomorrow. I might be able to meet you if I have time. I would like to have breakfast with you if time allows.

To: Hayes :)

Well, you just let me know. Call me if you have to. I'm really tired and am going to fall asleep haha, goodnight Hayes :)!
