Chapter 3
Keara Coleman
I slung the jug of juice down as my little sister, London, screamed to the top of her lungs, for her to be almost thirteen, she still was very annoying.
"London, shut the fuck up before I punch you." I screamed back. I loved my little sister, but she sure showed out when she couldn't get her way.
Before she could reply back, the doorbell ringed. I rolled my eyes before walking to the door, and opening it. When I opened it, I became face to face with Jaydon Calhoun, who was holding a Jassy, and beside him stood Jordan. I only knew their names because they always came over here with my mom's best friend, Janelle.
"Um what are you doing here?" I asked with a bit attitude. I didn't mean for it to come out like that, but it did.
"Kill that attitude shit man, and my momz told me to drop this off at somebody name Chanelle's house and here I am." He said handing me the cake platter that belonged to my mother.
"Well thanks." I said taking it and giving it to London, who gladly threw it on the floor.
"London get out my face, before you end up missing. I swear you get on my nerves." I said picking up the platter and pushing her up the stairs.
"Can you help my little sis? My dumbass brother pushed her on the ground." Jaydon asked.
"Sure, I think my grandma left her first aid kit in the bathroom. I'll go get it." I said before walking into the bathroom to get the kit.
I got it and came back out before getting her out of his arms, and sitting her on the chair. I cleaned her knee off with a peroxide pad and wrapped it with a bandage.
"Thank you Ke. You're so pwetty." Jassy smiled. Before hugging me.
"You're welcome pretty girl and thank you." I smiled, hugging her back.
I heard the door open, as my older brother Major, who was 21, walked into the door. Him and Madison were twins.
"Wassup sis. Where London?" Major asked kissing my forehead.
"Wassup, and upstairs, you better get her." I laughed. He chuckled before dapping Jaydon up.
"That lil nigga outside look like he up to something." Major said before walking upstairs. Jaydon groaned before getting out the couch and walking outside.
"Why y'all ain't been coming to see me lately?" I asked Jassy and Jordan.
"Because mommy's been working late." Jordan said. I nodded before grabbing their hands and walking outside where Jaydon was arguing with a little boy that I have never seen.
"Who's that?" I asked Jassy.
"That's my big brwother Jeremiah, he's the one that pushed me." She responded as I picked her up.
