Now typically, in stories like these (cheesy but not cheesy heterosexual romantic comedies), after the main female protagonist encounters the main male protagonist, inevitably she starts to wonder about him; a little or a lot. Really, it doesn't matter. All that does is that she is, in fact thinking about him. And that's where the story begins its rise in plot.
And part of this plot rising process is when the girl protag tries to wave the ever consuming thoughts away like an annoying little fly. And she usually can, after obsessing for a couple hours in the middle of the night.
But things may not be as they seem. Sure, a simple (amateurish) author would just leave it at that. However, what is she really thinking though? Can we go in depth? Can we zoom in like a camera lens and capture every pixel? Can we know every single word, syllable and image she is thinking about?
Well, to answer simply, of course we bloody can....
