Ziva POV

I had awoke to the site of the man with his knife. He started cut all over and then went over them again, cutting deeper. It became very painful, but I refused to give him satisfaction. It ended soon after I woke up. They left me hurting, and I knew what I had to do. I soon figured out the knot type of the rope. I soon unknotted the rope and ran. This time I knew where to head. I ran toward the nearest city, which was Beersheba. Unfortunately, I had to follow the tire tracks to get there. I knew it would be a long, dangerous trip, but if I made it to my destination safely, it would be well worth it. I pressed on, stopping at every patch of trees I came across. All I could think about was Tony. His caring, green eyes and bug, strong yet gentle arms. I shook my head. Tony was the last thing I needed right now.

Tony POV

We were back at the hotel in Gibbs room, but nobody could sleep. All we did was try to figure out where Ziva was going to head next. I was looking at a map with McGee, and we had her current captive location marked. I then began to look closer at the tiny cities, and noticed Beersheba. Of course!

"Boss! Ziva is heading for Be'er Sheba!" I yelled.

"Grab your gear then. We better get going." Gibbs ordered.

1 hour later

Ziva POV

I had finally reached Beersheba. I knew it should have took longer, but I was able to keep a steady pace and thankfully didn't run into Mr. Torture. I had been wandering around town for a little while. I hoped the team wouldn't find me until I was unrecognizable. I planned to cut my hair to my shoulders tomorrow and dye it after. I knew it would be a long shot, but I didn't want to go off the grid, after all, I was just a little over a month pregnant. I had no intention of meeting up with the team again, so I wandered along the dark ally's. I was walking when I saw a pair of headlights heading my way. I pressed my body tight against a wall and watched the car pass by. It looked like a red rental car. I then looked into the windows and gasped. It was Gibbs! I had panicked and ran. I looked over my shoulder and saw the car stopped and the team chasing me. There was no way I could out-run them. Their footsteps kept coming closer every second. I saw a crowd up ahead, so I sped up and ran full force into the crowd. I then slowed to a walk like others, hoping they would give up. I regretfully looked back and saw them heading straight for me. I panicked yet again and began to push may way through the crowd and ran the way we came. It didn't take long to reach the car and I opened the door, only to discover that they had left the keys in the car. I smiled and hoped in, turned the key, and nothing happened. I punched the steering wheel. I had just sealed my fate. I saw Gibbs running toward me at full speed, Tony and McGee trailing behind. I wanted to jump out and meet them ion the middle in a small way, but I decided against it. He reached me quickly and yanked me out of the car and into a hug. I hugged back. It felt amazing. Even though I had been trying to deny this, I needed to be at home, in America, with the team, and Tony. I pulled politely out of Gibbs hug and gave him a kiss on the cheek. I quickly hugged McGee and smiled. I then looked up at Tony, and he harshly grabbed my arm and pulled me into the shadows of the nearby ally.

"Ow! What was that for!" I whispered, rubbing my arm.

"Sorry. I couldn't have them listen in on this." Tony  said, looking into my eyes and brushing a piece of hair out of my face.

I stared at him. His green eyes held me in a trance that was almost impossible to break free from. He then pulled my face closer and we kissed. It wasn't very passionate. It was more of an I missed you kiss. Still, it was a kiss, between me and Tony. We then pulled apart and smiled. He then grabbed my hand and drug me outside with his serious face on. We reached the team and they all looked at my beat-up face.

"Get in the car young lady, your ARE coming home." Gibbs ordered.

"No need to tell me twice." I laughed.

They all made out a little laugh and hoped in the car. Tony sat in the backseat with McGee, Gibbs drove, and I sat in the passenger seat. I felt awful, and wasn't sure how my extra weight felt either. All I knew was it felt good to be back with the team.
