Me & My Broken Heart

Chapter 13

Hey guys! Okay yes I feel really bad for not updating in like forever but it's just that I've been really busy lately. I'm just stressed out about everything that's happening in my life both in school and out. But here you go, chapter 13. Enjoy! :)

"Good morning Cassie." My parents greet me.

"Mornin'" Serenity says looking like a monster with messy hair and messed up clothes.

"Hi Cass! Good morning!" Violet says sweetly.

"Morning." I say while yawning.

I sit in my chair and just start digging into the food. I ate so much! Egg, bacon, pancakes. Oh my goodness.

As I finish my breakfast I head upstairs into my room. It's a Saturday so I can do whatever I want. The day past by so fast. I literally stayed in my room the whole entire day. I watched netflix, romance movies to be exact, went on youtube watching some of my favourite youtubers like iisuperwomanii, Casper Lee, bfvsgf, threadbanger, and more. I was also on instagram and tumblr. I was skyping other people but I didn't show my face and outfit cause I looked so, how do I say this,I didn't look 'presentable.' I stayed up until 3 in the morning until I've been told to sleep. I wake up by the sound of my parents screaming at me.

"CASSIE WAKE UP!!! IT'S CHURCH TODAY AND YOUR DAD'S GOING TO BE LATE!!!" my mom screams out.

"Yeah yeah whatever" I say trying to get up but just flopping onto my bed once again.

"CASSIE SERIOUSLY, GET UP!!! YOUR DAD IS THE PASTOR OF THE CHURCH AND WE'RE THE FAMILY! WE MUST SET A GOOD EXAMPLE TO EVERYONE ELSE AND -" I tend to wander off a lot and that's what happened here I just stopped listening and got up a 'couple' minutes later. I had to rush cause I kinda slept more.... sorry not sorry.

As I get ready I pick out an outfit, something I wouldn't actually wear, I tend to procrastinate a bit on my phone and laptop. Once my mom comes in my room, I get yelled at once again. I finally finish getting ready after 45 minutes and as we get to the church, I hang out with my friends there.

"Yo Cassie, So what's new with you?" my best friend, Rowen, says.

My sister overhears us talking and speaks up, "Cassie likes someone named Aiden."

"SERENITY!!!"

"Oooo..... Cassie has a new crush..!!!" Nicole says winking at me.

She says 'new crush'  because before I met Aiden, I liked Rowen, as in my best friend Rowen. Yes it may sound weird but it usually happens if you have a best friend who is the opposite gender as you.

Anyways, back to the present.

"So Cassie, tell us more about this Aiden guy huh?" Kristine, another friend of mine says.

I don't answer.

"Come on Cassie. It's not like we're going to tell anyone." Celine, my closest family friend complains.

"Well... He's Brazillian... He's the same grade as me... And he's actually... kinda, I guess cute." I say smiling very big.

"Kinda?" Kristine asks.

"Well... Yeah. Some of my friends think he's cute and all but like not everyone thinks he is."

"Okay okay." Celine says. Rowen just sits there awkwardly just listening. It's actually pretty funny cause we're just talking about guys and he's a guy. XD

"IS HE TALL?! HE HAS  TO BE TALLER THEN YOU!!" Nicole proclaims.

"Yes he is..." I reply. I roll my eyes and then after another five minutes or so, the service starts. I have to teach the younger ones for Sunday School and so I do. I teach them with Rowen's help.
