Somewhere in a faraway, distant alternate universe, a small planet housing a colossal
Kingdom sat peacefully, surrounded by lushes green land, and huge leafy trees.Somewhere inside the castle, a tall, stunning woman stared blankly out of a nearby window. Her eyes suddenly started to quickly dart about, inspecting the nearby outside area. She silently muttered the same thing over and over again to herself,
"Soon...soon enough..."
And soon enough, a large explosion made her thoughts and muttering come to a sudden halt. Soldiers rushed into the room she was settled in, their yelling interrupting the calming atmosphere. They commanded her to surrender, informing her that there was, indeed, no way of escaping. A small smile began to form on her lips. She slowly turned to face the commander who stood just a few feet away from her.
"Oh my, you haven't changed a bit dearest...you look as extraordinary as ever..."
The queen's face showed no type of expression towards the commander's sudden comment.
"From the looks of it, you haven't changed a bit either..."
The commander chuckled at this.
"Well now there's no time for that..."
The commander's tone now had a dark edge to it.
"There's nothing you can do to save this filthy place...I'm going to remind you about the fact that there's no type of escape...for anyone..."
The queen's expression quickly turned into a concerned one. How was it possible...? Was she really that easy to read...?
"Are you surprised? The pods bearing your children have now been altered and their course will turn them right back around."
He flashed the queen a menacing smile.
"H-ho-"
The commander quickly rushed at her, and impaled her. The queen's eyes widened. Her body began to waver and crack, in a swift movement her distorted figure shattered into small particles just barely visible.
The commander stared down at the mess he made. His thoughts came to a halt as a solider quickly rushed in panting and trying hard to catch his breath.
"S-sir! It seems like one of the pods got away! Their course was altered... but not back to here...it's heading to a planet known as 'Earth'!"
The commander grimaced, how had his plan already failed this early?
"DON'T JUST STAND THERE, SEND THE LOWERS AFTER THEM!"
The solider flinched at his sudden out burst.
"Y-yes sir!"
He rushed out of the room as quickly as possible.
Once outside, he commanded those of a lower rank than him to go after the pod that had just barely gotten away.
They reluctantly followed his orders, and soon enough were heading off after the pod.
Not long after the commander walked outside. His fist clenched, making his knuckles turn white. He muttered to himself, angered by this.
"This soon..THIS SOON..."
Some soldiers stared at him, a bit concerned about this.
