Chapter Six

•The next day at school•
Flash and his basketball team we're all just playing around until flash jumped up in the air and smack the ball and it knocked over paint all over the basketball poster.
"UGH YOU DID THAT ON PURPOSE FLASH" said a girl
"You better keep your chin up and watch your back next time" said Flash
Peter seen what flash had done so he walked over and helped the girl clean up.
"Hi" he said
he picked up the bucket of paint.
"alright?" he said
flash whipped to the ball back at the girl but Peter could sense it coming, so he caught it right away. Everyone in the gym look at him surprised even he was a little surprised too.
"Give it up parker" said Flash
he looks at the girl like he has a plan.
"One second" he said handing the girl his camera.
Peter starts to slowly walk towards flash.
"Why don't you take it from me?" said Peter with a cocky voice.
flash laughs.
flash reaches for the ball but peter swipes it away really quick.
flash keeps on trying but he still can't get it. Flash starts to back up about to start running at Peter.
"COME PARKER COME ON"
Peter starts sprinting at flash, flash tries to grab the ball again the Peter just knocks him down on his feet.
He keeps running to the net. He dunks the ball so hard that it shattered the glass on the back of the basketball net.
•Later in the principals office•
Peter and uncle ben are talking to the principal about peter making fun of Flash and Costing the school a lot of money to fix the basketball net.
•Walking in the Hall•
"They can't make us pay for the net can they?" said Peter
"I DONT CARE ABOUT THE NET" said uncle ben
"then what?"
"what I just heard back there, did u humiliate that boy back in the gym?"
"Yeah I did, but this guy he deserved it!!" said Peter
"did he?"
"yeah!!"
"Is this the kid that hit you!?" said uncle ben.
"yeah....yeah but"
"so all this is about getting even, if so I guess you most feel pretty good about yourself, am I right or wrong?"
peter doesn't answer.
"I thought so" said uncle ben.
"thanks to your little incident I had to change shifts at work so you have to pick up your aunt at work tonight, understood, UNDERSTOOD?"
"Yes, I understand" said Peter.
"she looks for Milear" said uncle ben pointing at Gwen.
"shes the girl on your computer screen!"
Peter Shakes his head no of embarrassment.
"HES GOT YOU ON HIS COMPUTER, i'm his probation officer" said uncle ben
"aha don't forget Aunt may"
he pats Peter on the shoulder and leaves.
"ok" said Peter.
"aha he's a character" he said with a really nervous voice.
"he's a pathological liar, he most have thought you were someone else" said Peter.
"Man I'm on your computer?" said Gwen
"No no I took I picture of the debate team and you just happened to be there"
"Right"
She laughs
"did u get expelled?"
"no I just got Community service, uhm so u wanna, uhm"
"you wanna hang out?" she laughs again.
"yeah sure but not right now I have a thing" said Peter
"ok" she said as she walked away.
Peter walks away and blushes.
•Later at a old garage•
Peter keeps on trying to get better at skateboarding, he keeps practicing his tricks. He finally starts to get them so he starts hangs off things and flipping. He sees this rope so he grabs onto it and swinging
"WOAAAAAAHHH WHOOOO"
•Later on at oscorp•
"Ive seen that before, it was in my dads office" said Peter
"the idea of the machine was so simple it can fill a whole city with anything you put in it" said Dr.Connors
"Its an amazing idea!"
"well some people disagree, what if someone puts toxin in the machine everyone in new York would be Dead, anyways what you see here is a computer monitor of a lizard, Lizards are so unique that they can regenerate arms legs or tail."
"you can imagine why I'm envy"
said Doctor Connors.
"so today were going to try the experiment on a 4 legged mouse"
peter Took a needle and injected the mouse but all the computer screen kept saying was system failed after a few tries It finally said success!
•Later that evening•
It was around 9 o'clock and Peter had skateboarded the whole way home.
uncle ben was sitting on the porch waiting for Peter.
"hey what are u doing out here" said Peter
"did u forget something?! YOU BETTER GO APOLOGIZE TO YOUR AUNT RIGHT NOW!!!" said uncle ben with a very angry voice.
"Be a man and go in there and apologize!!"
"Uhm Im sorry aunt may..."
"honestly you don't have to apologize...." she said
"YES HE DOES" said uncle ben
"look a uncle ben Im sorry I got distracted" said Peter
"you got distracted?"
"yeah"
"your aunt my wife, had to walk 12 blocks in the middle the night because you were distracted.
you're honestly a lot like your father he was a good man just like you but if he said something he did it"
"thats thats nice but where is he?!" said Peter
"he didn't think that he had a responsibility tell me this himself?" said Peter.
"HOW DARE YOU" said uncle ben
"HOW DARE I? HOW DARE YOU!"
Peter was so upset he started to walk away
"where are you going? Peter get back here please!" said uncle ben
Peter was so mad that has he was walking out of the house he slam the door so hard that all the glass broke. He looked back for a minute but just kept walking.
shortly after uncle ben went looking for him.
•In the grocery store•
"Thats $2.07" said the cashier
peter handed him 2.05
"No I said 2.07!"
Peter picked up 2 pennies for this change bin.
"To take a penny you have to leave a penny store policy."
"I dont have 2 cents!" said Peter
"well then leave its not my fault daddy didn't give you enough milk money now get lost your holding up my line!"
The next guy walked up spilling all the pennies everywhere
"REALLY OH MY GOD" said the cashier.
The cashier bent over to pick up all the pennies, and when he did so the guy seen that the cash register was open so he took all the money and thorough peter his milk and ran.
The cashier man ran out side.
"SOMEBODY STOP THAT MAN!!"
he looked over at Peter
"A little help?"
"sorry not my policy"
Uncle ben seen the guy running down the street he was getting closer to him. The guy pushed though everyone on the street making him fall to the ground dropping his Gun
Uncle ben without hesitating reach for the Gun but so did the guy.
they started fight over the gun but then there was a shot fired.
instantly uncle Ben fell to the ground. Peter heard the gun shot from across so he ran over to look only to find it was uncle ben on the floor. Peter tried his best to stop the bleeding but it was to late.
"UNCLE BEN UNCLE BEN"
"SOMEONE CALL AN AMBULANCE"
Peter laid there on the ground with him and cried.

•Back at the house with aunt may•
"Do you recognize this man?" said a police officer
"A no no I don't" she said as tears ran down her face.
As the police officers started to leave Peter asked them if he could keep the picture of the man.
"By the way he has a star tattooed on his right hand" said the officer.
