The house was large, not like mansion large. But larger then my old house. My dad parked in the driveway and got my 2 suitcases out of the trunk. I got out of the car and turned to my dad.
"Anything you should warn me about before I go in?" I ask him.
"Um my daughter is very girly so she loves the shopping and all that stuff. My son he's into sports and cars." He tells me.
"Alright." I place my hands in my pockets walking up the steps to the front door. My dad walks up an places one of my suitcases down and inserts the key. He picks up the suitcase and walks in. As he closes the door I walk in and look around. The house is very homely. It even has a fireplace.
"Honey is that you?" I hear a sweet gentle voice ask from the kitchen. A nice medium height lady walks into the hallway. She seems friendly but has this sense of power. She has dirty blonde hair and seaweed green eyes. When she sees me she smiles and pulls me into a hug. 'Yup friendly alright'.
"Hi you must be Cassy. I'm Allison, it's great to finally meet you." She says releasing me.
"Nice to meet you to." I say giving her a small smile. I like this lady.
"What about me?" My dad says from behind me. He has his arms open. Allison sticks his tongue out at him. Something I would do.
"Oh sweet heart I forgot hear let me show you your room," Dad says leading me upstairs. We pass 2 doors ones colored pink with white swirls and then there's one across from it colored navy blue.
"We'll here ill let you choose which room you want." My dad says pointing to 3 doors one on the left, one in the right, and the other one in the middle of the hallway.
"Why do you have so many rooms if only 4 people live here?" I ask him.
"Sometime we have people stay over." He says.
"Oh." I say. "So anyone of these can be my room?" I ask him tilting my head.
"Ya, but I think you'll like this one." He says opening the one on the left. The room is all girly. Pink, it's all pink!! One word to describe this WAY TO PINK!! I never thought it was possible to have this much pink but boy was I wrong.
"No." I told him with no emotion right away I knew that I would never ever step Ito this room.
"You don't like it?" He asked me closing the door.
"Dad I'm not girly. I do not like the color pink it is retched." I told him.
"Hmm okay how about this one?" he says opening the door on the right. It was a medium size bedroom. The color scheme was brown it also had a fireplace.
"It's nice, but I want to see the last bedroom so I can see my choices." I told him.
"Smart thinking. Alright and this is the last bedroom." He told me opening the door to the door in the middle. This room was larger then the others. The colors were more simpler. It was white, green, and some redish brownish color. Also with a fireplace and a window bench. I walked into this one unlike the others. I saw a door open on the right I walked in and saw a small library.
Remember what I said about me being a somewhat a nerd. Well I'm not a school nerd the ones who get good grades and all, No I get okay grades but I'm more of a book nerd. So walking into this room was like walking into paradise. The wall where the door was, was all bookshelves and across from the door where these other doors that opened up to a balcony. I walked back out to the main room where my dad was.
