Bang!

I stood wide awake on my bed the bang came from downstairs. I put my brown slippers and ran downstairs to find Kyle, Weston, a member of the pack. "Bethany go back upstairs." Kyle said while he had his back facing me. I stepped closer to the men who were in the kitchen. "What's up with all the ruckus?" I said as I looked at my brother who just looked away.

Everyone was silent.

"Is anyone going to tell me?" I said as they continued to not say anything. I started to lose my patient's. "Are you seriously not going to tell me? Westen?" I asked my brother who sighed and looked at me straight in the eyes.

"It's Trevor. He was spot near the house Sis." He said running a hand through his blonde hair.

I froze. I knew he would come back. I just hoped that he would've died by natural cause or hit by car. I just really wanted this nightmare to end. Like always... life hated me. I don't want my children to grow with the fear of Trevor.

"Did you capture him?" I said with hope leaking through my voice.

Again silence.

No. He escaped yet again.

"I am so tired of always fearing him!" I said with tears running down my face. Soon I was being hugged.

It was Kyle.

"I don't want the boys to grow up terrified of that monster like I did." I said sobbing harder into his chest. Kyle stroke my hair soothing me. "I promise Sister; we will get him if that's the last thing I do." I heard Westen get up and leave with pack member.

Soon my crying had died out. I pushed myself away from Kyle. "Sorry for crying just these pregnancy hormones really heightened." I said as I walked for a glass of water. "This is the reason we didn't want to tell you. It's bad for you and the babies." Kyle said as he kneeled down and began giving his kisses to my stomach. "Kyle we can't exactly act as if everything is okay. You can't lie to me sooner or later the truth always comes out." I said closing my eyes.

I heard him stand up and walk away. I turned around and washed my cup. I walked out of the kitchen into the living room and laid on the couch.

Soon I heard footsteps coming closer. "I have a plan." Kyle said as he laid a copy of the packs land on the coffee table. "Okay so Trevor has been spotted here and here." Kyle said pointing to my house and near his house. "And this the location where he killed your parents." He said looking at me and then pointing to the spot near the river. I nodded my head not knowing what was Kyles point in all this. "So that means Trevor obviously knows that part of territory, but he is never seen on the other side. He always sticks to the East." I looked at Kyle confused.

Kyle looked at my confusion and began explain his hypothesis. "Why would Trevor go throw so much trouble going East? Beyond the east it's just mountains and forest. Going West is much easier. Theirs dirt roads that lead to the city... a great get away if you ask me." Kyle said letting the words sink in.

"I see your point. Going East would mean days of hiking and your isolated but going West is much easier. So why would Trevor always stick to East... Oh crap!" I said looking at Kyle who just smirked. "I can't believe it took us this long to find that out." Kyle said giving everyone in the pack a mind link to meet up in the meeting room.

I ran upstairs and changed into warmer clothes and headed out the door with Kyle. Soon we made it to the main pack house. I smiled at Kyles mom and she gave me a tight hug. "How are my grandbabies?" She said rubbing my stomach. "They're doing just fine although they sure like to kick mommy." I said looking down at my stomach. We made our way to the meeting room which was the size of high school gym.

I took a seat next to Westen and some other pack members. I saw Kyle walk up the stage with his father. "As you all know Trevor has been a threat to us all, especially towards Bethany. And now he has become a threat to my children. Earlier today Bethany and I found out where Trevor could possibly be hidden at." He said as everyone started talking between themselves. "Silence!" Kyle yelled across the room. The room went silent, and Kyle continued. "Tomorrow morning we will start a search throughout the woods, but we also need men to stay here in case Trevor decides to pay a visit. I will talk to the people who will join me personally. The rest may go home, but be careful. If you see anything suspicious call me immediately." He said as he dismissed the pack.

Westen and I had gotten up and began to walk back to Kyles house. "Do you think you find where he's staying at?" I asked Westen as we walked down the neighborhood. "Yes, or at lead catch his scent. Don't worry Sis. Well get him this time." He said hugging me. I looked at the sky and sighed. "How's Zac?" Westen said as we reached Kyle's porch. I smiled at the mention of my best friend. "Oh you know, he's really busy with finials." I said as my smile faded from my face.

"What's wrong?" Westen said as he looked at me. I sighed and looked at the wooden floor.

"I know it sounds silly, but I miss my normal school life. I didn't get a chance to do anything my senior year." I said shifting my gaze towards my brother. His face softens and he pulled me into a hug. "Bethany you there is a man out to get you and your worried about finals. You were never normal." He said chuckling.

"At least you still get to walk to stage." He said lifting my face so that I could face him. A small smile appeared on my face. "That's true. I can't believe that's next week. My life has changed so much these past eight and a half months." I said rubbing my stomach.

"I am so proud of you Bethany." Westen said as he kissed my forehead. "Even with the fact that your pregnant you never once stopped trying, and now your graduating on top of you class. Mom and Dad would be so proud." I smiled and hugged my brother tighter.

I was never a normal girl, so of course I didn't have a normal life. Ya so what I got pregnant at a young age. That was not going to stop me from becoming someone.

If people can't accept me with all my baggage, then they can walk out the door to my life. I smiled at the thought of my twin boys. They were truly a blessing. And I would protect my kids no matter what I had to do.
