Kenzie POV
It's 3rd hour. Theo's class. I keep sneezing cause I'm sick. My throat hurts, my nose is plugged, and my head hurts. Theo talks about what it's like to be an actor. Theo would be a great actor. Miles keeps secretly playing on his phone. Jacque is sleeping. Chloe and Camy are flirting with Theo. And I'm sneezing." Oh shit!" Miles yells. He dropped his phone. I laugh." 5 more minutes mommy." Jacque says pushing my face." I'm not your mommy." I laugh." No you're my mommy." Miles says." What the hell Miles. If I was your mom I'd put you up for adoption." I say Jacque laughs." But mommy I love you." Miles says." Ew you're nasty!" I laugh." Mackenzie." Theo says." What?" I ask." Come sit up here by me." He says pointing to a desk." Bye mommy." Miles says. I push him out of his chair. I sit down and stare at Theo." Thank you Mackenzie." He says." Anytime." I smile. My phone goes off. I look down. Miles keeps texting me mommy." Give it to me." Theo says. I roll my eyes and give it to him. He continues teaching. I think of Barbra. Where is she? Why isn't she back? I feel my eyes tear up. My hair falls on my face so no one sees me cry except Theo but he isn't paying attention. I wipe my tears." Awe the baby's crying." Chole says." She's crying cause she's an orphan now." Camy laughs. I ignore them." Awe she can't respond cause it's true." Chole says. I stand up and leave the class." Mackenzie!"  I hear Theo yell. I run outside. It's cold but I don't care. I have no where to run. No where to hide. I sit on a bench. I look at the grey sky." Kenzie." Theo says." What?" I ask with a sneeze." What happened?" He asks." I'm worried about Barbra I'm sick of Chole and Camy, and I'm sick." I say Theo sits down and puts his arm around me." Well. I love you." He says trying to kiss me." Don't you're gonna get sick." I warn." I don't care." He says kissing me." Here's your phone." He says giving it to me." Sorry I took it, I was trying to be a mean teacher." He adds, I smile. I start coughing." Here let's get you inside." He says taking me to the office. No ones in here. He sits on a chair and I sit on his lap." Sorry those girls are so mean to you." Theo sighs." It's okay." I say looking at my phone." Mommy where did u go?" Reads one of Miles texts. I roll my eyes. Theo kisses my neck. I sneeze. Then Theo sneezes." Told you you'd get sick." I laugh. Theo laughs too." That's okay." He says smiling. Then we both sneeze." Maybe sneezing will be our always?" Theo asks." Okay." I laugh at him trying to copy The fault in our stars. Theo is my everything. Forever and always.
