A/N - So apparently I crushed some people's feels in the last chapter... Oopsie. I'll make this a comedy chapter, so I don't mercilessly maim your feelings, okay?

Lumina's PoV
(^^WOAH!!!^^)

Family.. It's always been a distant concept to me, even with Malachi and Levin. Phoenix Drop is my family.. But.. With these people, my biological family.. I grasped a feeling that I never had experienced before.

"And then Donna went absolutely crazy!" She claimed, smiling. This was my mom..? I can see why people tell me that I look like her.. And I've definitely got my father's eyes—I've been told that too many times.

"Laurance fainted, too!" He added, beaming alongside her. And this was my dad. It felt weird addressing him as 'dad', but somehow..

It felt right.

And then I realized. I barely slept last night. Today was my birthday. Whoops. Subconsciously yawning, I leaned down.. Blond. Levin? Yeah, probably Levin. I closed my eyes..

So sleepy..

Levin's PoV

"D-Dad..?" I stare at my father, a bit shocked by Lu starting to sleep in his lap.

To my surprise, he started chuckling. Chuckling that soon turned into soft laughter. As the corners of his mouth turned up, he started stroking her hair. She smiled in her sleep. "Just like her mother." He said, continuing to stroke his hair.

"And the-" My mother stops, smiling gingerly at her grown daughter. "She's exactly like me.."

"She's probably tired of hearing that." Malachi snorts, his eyes bright.

"I'm tired of hearing that I look like dad," I point out.

"This is a wonderful gift..." Zoey mutters, gently smiling as tears form in the corner of her eyes.

"Hm?" Mom hums. She doesn't know, does she... It's only been fifteen minutes for her...

"I-It's Lu's birthday.. She's turning fifteen." I stammer, a bit sheepish that I didn't mention it earlier.

"I guess this was a perfect present, huh?" Malachi whispers.

I nod. "Y'know, she would always ask around the village, or what was left of it..."

"And she would never get tired of the stories.." Zoey says, finally sitting down with us. All this time, she'd been leaning on a tree with her arms crossed.

Aphmau's PoV

My arms are starting to get tired from all the hugging...

UWAAAH~

"Garroth?" I ask, mischievously smiling.

He responds, "Yeah?"

"Carry meee~!" I whine, giggling. As I grab his arm, Malachi and Levin give me strange looks while Lumina silently laughs.

"Wh-what.. Is going on?" I hear Levin whisper.

"Even I'm not this childish..." Malachi comments.

"She hasn't aged at all.." Zoey giggles. "Still as childish as ever."

"Kya!" I squeal, as Garroth pulls me into a piggy back.

"My parents are relationship goals." Lumina drones, laughing.

"No! No-No-No-No-No-No-No!!" I continue squealing as Garroth jogs around with me on his back.

"You said to carry you, Queenie!" He says back, humor in his voice.

"Ah!" I scream, laughing. "Meanie-Butt!"

Zoey's PoV
(SO MANY NEW PERSPECTIVES!!)

"Ah! Meanie-Butt!" Aphmau screams as Garroth continues to run around.

I chuckle softly. "They haven't changed a bit.."

"They were always like this?" Lumina asks between her laughs.

"Hmm?" I jump a bit. "No! Your father was.. Really... Serious before he met Aph- er, your mom. In the time before they were together, he was.. Actually, he was okay, but.. He didn't really loosen up and smile until your mother and his relationship bloomed."

"Even if I've known him for a bit and heard stories, it's hard to imagine him being.. Uptight." Lu furrows her eyebrows, staring off into the distance.

"Hiya!" I jump back, staring into the laughter-filled eyes of Aphmau.

"Um.. Where's Garroth?" I ask cautiously.

Aphmau hums, smiling cheekily. "Oh, I don't know.."

"GET ME DOWN!"

I huff at the voice, "Garroth, are you okay?"

"SHE PUT ME IN A TREE!"

I turn back to his wife, "You put him in a Yggdrasil tree?"

"Maaaaaybe~" She giggles, holding up a finger, prettily lit with magic.

-okay, my inspiration is gone and now I'm bored.-

Aphmau's PoV

"She looks like you," Garroth whispers as he nudges me.

I simply smile, staring at Lumina's sleeping form. To the left, were Levin and Malachi, softly sleeping. "Levin's snoring." I giggle.

After a bit, I start dozing off, my shoulder placed on Garroth's shoulder. I can feel him vibrate when he chuckles, and I can't help but smile.

Garroth's PoV

As Aphmau starts sleeping on my shoulder, I chuckle, and gently move her to my lap. I start stroking her hair, and she smiles.

Like mother, like daughter.

I look up, hearing one of my children murmur in their sleep, "I have a family now.."

While a grin spreads across my face, I think to myself,

We're not perfect...

But I couldn't wish for a better family.

A/N - I'M SORRY FOR THE SHORT CHAPTER BUT I JUST GOT HOME FROM SCHOOL, AND I DIDN'T EAT OR DO MY HOMEWORK...

At least I updated faster than I normally do..
