Feelings

Dean's POV: (Enjoy!)

I closed the door to Dr. Shelby's office and ran to where my boys were.  As I ran, I tried to get into in game mode, but I couldn't get Jo off of my mind.  I honestly don't know what is going on with me.  I have never cared about a woman as much as Jo.

I am known for my reputation of one night stands with women, so this new feeling was foreign to a guy like me.  As I ran, I saw the Divas getting ready to leave, and thought that none of them looked as pretty as Jo.  I can't afford to fall in love with her now.

Next thing I knew, Roman was snapping in my face, "Dean?  You in there?  Hello?"

"What!?!"  I practically snapped at Roman, but I calmed down once I saw the look on Seth and Roman's faces.  I kinda blurted out, "I was just...thinking about something."

Roman knows me better than anyone else, so he asks, "Do you mean someone?"

I thought of Jo as I responded, "Maybe."  I smiled when I thought of her.

"That's a yes.  I'll get it out of you later on.  Time to go fight some injustice now." Roman, Seth, and I all fist-bumped and headed out to our staging area in the crowd.

To be honest, it was a little daunting to be here, ready to debut along with two other guys.  But I wouldn't trade it for the world.  I also looked around to see if any fan would have recognized us, but it turns out they were all excited for the main match.  That will all change tonight. 

I saw the championship match get started, which was an interesting battle between CM Punk, John Cena, and megadouche John.  I wondered...if Jo was watching or not.  I wondered about how she was feeling right now.  I have a feeling that John is out for her, in a bad way.  

Roman sat next to me and said, "What are you thinking about?"

I responded with a sigh, "The same thing I was thinking about a few minutes ago, only the cause of my thoughts."

He smirked, "And what would that be?  Rather, who?"

I pointed towards John, who was showboating, "That dude, John.  He is kinda a megadouche towards the main subject of my thoughts."

Seth, who was somehow listening into the conversation, was the first to figure it out before Roman and leaned in towards us, "You mean Jo?"  He smirked and said to me , "Wait....you love her."

I smacked Seth on the arm in a playful way, and Roman just asked me, "Is that who you've been thinking about?"

I smiled and slightly nodded, "Yeah."

Seth smiled and laughed at me, while Roman shook his head and smiled.  Roman responded, "Wow.  Why has the singer been occupying your thoughts?"

I started to ramble with my thoughts, "Well, I just noticed how she was acting towards John.  Clearly, something isn't right here.  Why does John want her back?  And I'm kinda worried about Jo.   Why was she so...unsure of us when we first met her earlier today?  Now, she trusts us.  And it's only been a few hours."

Seth summed up my thoughts with, "Face it Dean, you love the girl.  And you're rightfully mad at John for hurting the girl that you love."

I sighed and said, "You're right Seth, I love her.  I just don't know what her feelings are towards me.  Or, I just don't  know how to handle my feelings towards her."

Roman laughed, "We'll help you out, Dean.  Now, it's time to get ready for our fight."

All three of us got up and jumped over the barricade and started to attack our target: John.  It was kinda funny, since he was the one that's been torturing Jo.  Either way, The Shield had debuted.
