I ended up watching YouTube for most of the night.

I fell asleep around 4:30am and have only just woken up, at 6:12am.

I never felt comfortable in hospitals, thank god I am leaving today. I slide myself out of the crisp white sheets and head to the sink, just to brush my teeth before getting ready to leave.

Whilst I had been asleep someone must have come and dropped off some of my things. I look in the corner of this bleak room and notice my Ted Baker suitcase, alongside a bunch of clothes and accesories.

I went over and chose a simple and comfy outfit for the day, as I don't exactly feel like dressing nicely considering what I have been through in the past 24 hours.

I picked out a large grey jumper and pair it with some dark denim leggins. I grab my boots and head to the bathroom. I take off the awful gown they have you wear and throw it on the floor. I put my hair in a ponytail and go and get my boots. As I am tying my shoes I gather some accessories: a floral choker, random bangles. I head back into the bathroom to do my make-up. I go for a simple, nude look as I really just cannot be bothered to do anything special.

I head back to my room, gather my laptop, iPhone and headphones, my Micheal Kors bag and my suitcase.

As I head towards the reception, I am greeted by who I am guessing to be my social worker. She is a pettite, brunette woman.

"Daisy?"

"Hi... I'm Daisy. Are you... err... Julie?"

"Yes, yes. It's lovely to meet you. Come on let's go and get your things from home."

"Oh, do we have to.. can I not wait a while? I don't think I am ready to go back yet." I mumble. I feel like I am about to melt into a giant puddle of jelly, I am so not ready to go home, not with all the memories.

"Well, hunny it is your choice at the end of the day, but I would suggest going there and getting it over and done with, then we won't have to go back again."

"I guess..."

With that she flashes me a smile before gesturing me to follow her out. I do as she pleases and follow her to our ride. I silver Mini Cooper with a black roof. I must obviously be frowning as Julie quickly states, "He looks small, but trust me he will get us there and back in one piece!"

We arrive at my front gate. It's all the same. The same front dorr, the same rusty gate, the same windows. But, it was all wrong! Mum and Dad wern't here.

Before I could cry, I ran inside and headed straight for my bedroom. I flung open the door and instantly began to pack my suitcase. I want to get this over with... I cannot deal with all the memories.

As I just about finish filling my suitcase I notice my bediside table. It had on it my favourite picture of us three, me, mum and dad. I quickly pack it and run out.

I meet up with Julie who is aiting for me in the car.

"Sorry, I have everything I need... I think."

"Don't worry darling, we still have three weeks before the house goes up for sale."

"Oh..." A tear drops down my cheek. I wipe it away as fast as I can, but it just isn't fast enough as I begin to flood the poor Mini with my tears.
