I woke early as my court case was at 11:02 exactly
I got dressed excitedly fumbling with my buttons and ran to the ministry quickly although I was a hour early
I headed up to the court room waiting outside when I heard shouting
"Stay still number 564813!" Someone ordered
I heard a small whimper

I saw him well his foot as he was took away into a small looking room while I waited nervously outside the court room
"Philip Michael Lester?" Said a guard
"Yes"
"You may now enter, sit and wait for everyone to arrive"
I nodded and walked in
The room was huge and tightly sealed with rows if seats and a small bench which I sat on as some members of the ministry of magic sat down and many joined them in silence as the minister I magic arrived as took his place behind a altar if some sort with lots of papers on
"Bring in the criminal"
Large burly men came in dragging in Dan who looked very skinny and his hair was sticking up in curls with cuts along his arms, self inflicted cuts, and we wore a blue and white striped piece of material
He stood shaking in the middle of the room
I wanted to run over to him and hug him but I couldn't this had to go well although seeing Dan like this made me want to cry as I felt a tear roll down my cheek
"Philip stand up"
I stood looking up a him my eyes filling with tears as I tried not to let them escape but I failed
"Why are you crying" he asked in the same tone if voice
"Dan" I said
"Go over to him and you two please explain"
I felt my heart pick up as I ran over to Dan and wrapped my arms around him pulling him into a tight hug my head in his shoulder crying softly
"Explain!"
I pulled away as Dan smiled as I grabbed his hand stroking it a little
"Well Dan was mad at me and stormed out and were quite famous on a website called YouTube and one of our fans came up to us and she stepped infront of me and Dan hit her with a spell accidentally"
"Well I'm afraid that doesn't help your case"
"Wait! It was my fault if I wasn't so stupid in the first place and I should if let Dan calm down"
"And I was stupid storming out!" Said Dan
"Hmm well it was unacceptable Daniel but I don't think askanban will solve this"
I gasped and squeezed Dan's hand
"But you both seem to be responsible for this so you need a punishment this is very serious act and our whole species could be at risk so we are taking your wands and you will never get them back or get new wands"
"Yes sir" I said handing the guard my wand as he already had Dan's I didn't are about my stupid wand I had Dan and that's all that mattered
"And will Dan be able to come home?"
"Yes, goodbye Philip and Daniel and Dan can have his clothes from when he arrived at askanban"
Dan got handed his clothes as we walked out hand in hand but the second we got out the wall I pushed Dan against a wall
"I've missed you" I said
"And I've missed this" said Dan kissing me softly as I grabbed his wrists pulling him closer when he winced
"Dan?"
He shuffled away holding his cut wrists
"Why?"
"I could barely survive Phil I found a piece of glass and..." Dan's eyes filled with tears
"Shhh Dan it's ok, it's ok" I said pulling him into a hug "get changed" I said softly
He undressed quickly and got changed infront of me and I quickly kissed his cheek wrapping my arm around his waist pulling his closer and walking home
"Phil I think I'm gonna shower will you come too?"
"Anything for you Bear"
We got home and I switched in the shower getting undressed and slowly and Dan followed as we stood close together
"Dan I love you and I've missed you I could never live without you" I said happily as Dan turned so I started to shampoo his hair softly
"You are the music in me you know words once upon a time makes you listen there's a reason" I said singing high school musical as Dan joined in
"When you dream it's a chance you'll find a little laughter or happy ever after" I started to laugh as Dan joined in
We finished showering and wrapped ourselves in towels
"I'm tired" whined Dan lying down on our bed
"Let's sleep then" I said flopping down beside him
"But Phil were wet and in towels"
"So?"
"Ok let's sleep" said Dan laughing snuggling into my bare chest
I put my arm around Dan
"I love you bear"
"I love you too lion" said Dan falling asleep
