Best gift ever

4 days, 4 whole days, I spent 4 days on thinking about what Rocky said. One of all the reasons that I haven’t todl him is that I haven’t talked to Ross. He has been so busy, with the rehearsals (All the band in fact) and Austin&Ally or anything else that he doesn’t have a lot of time and I don’t want to disturb him. I talked to my Uncle Harry; he says that he will try to control his jealousy for me… That means that he totally approves a relationship between me and Rocky.  My Auntie says that I should wait a little bit more and see how everything changes, but I don’t want anything to change.  I asked for all the opinions, also Stormie’s, and they were all positive, I feel more confident about it. It’s 6:36 AM of a Saturday and I haven’t slept at all, I’m listening to One Direction, they’re good btw…

I got a message from Ross, early in the morning saying: “I got a surprise for you” “What is it?” I texted him back and he replied “You’ll know when you see it. Pick u up at 4” “Got it”.  Around 11 AM, Anna and Mery called me inviting me to go shopping and get lunch. I told them it was ok but only until 4.

When I got with them, I greeted them and the first thing Anna asked was: “Did you already tell him?”– “Not really, I haven’t seen him.” – I say really calm. “Ught! I wanna punch you, you know?” – Anna says.  “Don’t do it, she’ll go Jackie Chan on you” – Mery jokes while we’re walking.  “Yeah, I’m not scared and sure, she’s like a kitten, look at her” – Anna jokes too. “If you punch me, Rocky will be mad at you” – I say smiling. “Oh! Nailed it!” – Mery says. “Ok, I’ll be scared of that, well played my friend” – Anna says hugging me. “Uh! You actually said that like if he was already your boyfriend” – Mery comments with a quirky face. “That wasn’t the intention!” – I say nervously blushing… Both girls hugged me saying that I was actually like a kitten.

We toured many stores, looking for clothes for Mery, she said she was going to Fall Out boy concert and she was so excited for that. We have so much fun together, besides meeting the Lynch family; this was the best that happened to me since I got to the USA. I felt like accepted with them, no need to fake; only smile. I felt like really free! Nobody to bother us, only the three of us.

“I feel like having salad today, what do you say, Mika?” – Mery says choosing a table. “I’m not really hungry so I think I’m not gonna eat.” – I say taking my seat. “Hey! You can’ let us down, eat something with us, please!” – Anna says. “But I don’t want to buy something I’m not gonna eat.” – I tell them worried. “So let’s share, I’ll give you some of mine so as Anna” – Mery proposes. “Yeah. That works for me” – Anna smiles. “Then I’ll get the drinks” – I offer.

While eating I got a message saying: “I need to show you something, come to the park in front the mall, now! ” it was Rocky. “Uh! Girls, I have to go…” – I say drinking my tea. “Why? It’s only 2:36 PM. You said you were free until 4…” – Anna says being a little disappointed. “I know but Rocky just texted me and…” – I couldn’t finish the sentence when Mery took my phone and read the message out loud. “Omg you have to go! C’mon get up girl!” – Anna yells me. Well, try to guess what happened, they came with me to see Rocky.  I looked for him all over the park but I couldn’t find him, until I saw some kids playing with a grown up guy (him) in a tree house.  I told the girls to wait for me in the playground, I love them, but I wanted to talk with Rocky alone.

“Rocky!” – I yell looking up at the tree house. Rocky looked down and smiled at me, he said goodbye to the kids and he came down. We hugged for a few seconds and I could hear Anna and Mery screaming of emotion. “I haven’t seen you in days…”– Rocky says. “I know, but its ok, you were busy. The tour is about to start, right? ” – I ask. “Um! Yeah but I don’t want to talk about that right now, I came here to make sure you haven’t forget what I said…”– Rocky says pulling his guitar out from nowhere. He took my hand and made me sit on the grass next to him. “I could not, even if I wanted to.” – I say smiling. “I just came to make me sure; you don’t have to answer me right now.” – He says tuning his guitar. “How did you know I was here?” – I ask. “Your Aunt told me, I went to your house first…Now, just sit and listen” – Rocky says playing some chords that I knew.

He sang -As long as you love me- for me. I was so shocked, besides -I still- that’s my favorite song. I didn’t say a word like for 2 minutes, Rocky either. “I-I love that song… How did you know?”- I say getting closer to him.”Riker told me you liked BSB, I just chose the song. I wasn’t sure if you’d like it…It’s a gift for you.”– Rocky says. I knelt and hugged Rocky very tight, he snuggled into my chest and I kissed his forehead. [Don’t worry guys, I’m flat like an ironing board.]

“I loved it. It was perfect… Don’t worry” – I tell him almost crying. We hugged again and he kissed my cheek really near from my lips. Since we heard my friends fangirling about it, we broke apart. After that Rocky left, he had some important stuff to do. Anna and Mery came running to ask what happened, I explained it still shocked. “I told you he was perfect, ISNT HE PERFECT?” – Anna says shaking me. Suddenly, I got another wild message saying: “I finished earlier than expected, I’ll pick u up”- Ross. “I’m in the park near the mall”- Mika “Great! I’ll be there in 2 mins”- Ross.

“Mika you’re not listening!” –Mery says. “Sorry, I was texting Ross” – I say putting my phone back to my purse. “How long will you have Rocky waiting for you? I think is doesn’t deserve that…”–Mery says. I looked down ‘cause I knew she was right and when I was about to say something a horn interrupted me; it was Ross in his car. While I run to the car I yell: “Sorry guys, I have to go, Ross is waiting for me…I’ll call you later…”– “Think about what you do, Mika!” – Anna yells at me.

Ross waved at them and I got into the car. “Hey what’s up?” – I say kissing him in the cheek (Friends kiss) “I have a big surprise for you” – Ross says as the car moves. “I didn’t know you could drive… Nice” – I say with a wink. “I can, I shouldn’t that it’s different, not without an adult…”– He says looking at me. “No one will ever know, anyway” – I say punching his arm. “I think I’m a bad influence for you, you become like…carefree, you don’t worry about anything” – Ross says to me. “I don’t know, I learned that from you. Don’t worry about the things and having fun…”– I explain. We both started talking about our day, I omitted Rocky’s song.

“It’s here, come with me, Mika” – Ross invites me. I got off the car and chased him. “Were we are?” – I ask holding his arm. “You’re in the A&A set, now stay here I’ll be here in a minute” – Ross says leaving me outside the set. I waited for him for while and then a Ross with a really big smile gave me a white and furry thing wrapped in an old sweater. “What’s this?” – I asked unwrapping that. “I hope you like it” – Ross says with a silly laugh. “Omg Ross you got to be joking!” – I say really excited. The furry white thing was a little Samoyed puppy, it seemed to be newborn. “Ross is beautiful, where did you get it?” – I say hugging the puppy. “A friend of Calum is a vet; he found it in his backyard. Apparently the mom died after giving birth, so he took care of him and ask me and the guys to find a place to live for this little guy…”– Ross tells me petting the puppy. He continues –“I promised you a puppy, do you like it?” – “I love him, is perfect” – I say touching its nose, the puppy tried to bit it but instead started to lick it. I hugged Ross, thanking him for the awesome gift, and the puppy jumped to his arms. Once in the car, we got back to my house. We played with the puppy on my backyard for a long time, it was so adorable when he tried to run but he stumbled. The puppy fell asleep and I wrapped it again in his old sweater, while Ross sits on my hammock and tells me:”You haven’t chosen a name for it, have you think about it?” – I sat next him “I will, but now I have to talk about something is worrying me” – I say looking at the grass. “What is it?” – Ross asks interested. I took a deep breath and said: “Rocky asked me to be his girlfriend, but I didn’t answer him because I wanted to know what you think” Ross looked at the ground and smiled at me “Why did you want my opinion? – He asks touching my head. “You said everything between us is a secret for the others, you’re my best friend and what you think is really important to me” – I explain.

Ross ruffled my hair and hugged me. “You’re really sweet, it’s ok if you wanna date Rocky he’s a good guy” – He says. “Really, you think so?” – I ask impressed, “Yeah, I only have to ask you to keep down the kiss ‘o meter with Rocky when I’m around, it would be weird to see my bro and my bestie kissing, ugh!” – Ross continues. I hugged him…from that I only remember that we were laughing about things, but you know, when you’re having fun you doesn’t care to much about if you’re going to remember it later. Ross looked at the sky and I did the same, we talked about a lot of stuff, I only can remember when he told me he wanted to reach all his dreams, he wanted to be himself and keep doing everything he loves. I took his hand, after that we fell asleep on the hammock.
