Why would our parents separate them? Maybe I should ask Christina if she knows anything?

The Next Morning

"Hey Chris, can I talk to you for a minuet?" we head up to Christina's room and close the door behind us. "Last night I was woken up by dani and Lauren talking. But the strange thing was that dani was crying and saying something about them being separated. Do you know anything about this?" I asked her. She looked shocked for a second before she answered me.

"They must have found out that Dani is adopted." she answered.

"Wait, Dani is adopted?" I asked. How could I have not of known this. I basically know everything about everyone.

"Yeah, you probably won't remember because you were only five at the time. We should go tell mom about this." She rushed out the door before I had the chance to respond. When I finally snapped out of my daze I went after her. When I caught up she was already telling mom. She was shocked when Christina finished telling her.

"But, how did she find out?" we both shrugged. "I need to talk to her about all of this. DANI! CAN YOU COME HERE?!" She yelled through the kitchen door. I guess it alarmed the rest of the Cimorelli girls because they all came into the kitchen to.

"Yeah mom?" she asked. she looked so innocent.

"We have to talk," she said. Dani got this terrified look in her eye and then looked towards Lauren. I followed her gaze and she had the same terrified expression.  it looked like Dani took a deep breath before looking back at mom.

"About what?" she asked nervously.

"About you being adopted." Dani froze.

"I-I'm adopted?" OMG, she didn't know?

"I thought you found out." Mom and the rest of us looked confused while Dani and Lauren looked shocked. Abruptly, Dani stood up fast, knocking over her chair and running out of the room. We heard the front door open and then slam shut. Everyone turned to look at Lauren who was still sitting in her chair, shocked. After a minuet she snapped out of her daze and stood.

"I-I'm going to go after D-Dani." then she left. I was left with one thought in my head.
