Today is my day off from work. It's Friday and the kids are at school. I'm deciding to check them out of school so we can spend time as a family.
~20 Minutes Later~
Ren P.O.V
I was in class doing my work until Mrs. Bishop told me I was checking out. I get my stuff and say bye to the class and I walk to the office and I see dad, Caden, and Alexa waiting for me. "Dad!"I say happily and run up to him and hug him and he hugs me. "Ready to go kids?"he asks us. "Yup"Caden says. We leave the school building and go to dad's house and he puts our stuff in the trunk and he buckles Alexa up and then he gets in the drivers seat. "Buckle up Caden and Ren"he says as he buckles his seatbelt. "Daddy. Where are we going?"I ask.
Riker P.O.V
"Daddy. Where are we going?"Ren asks me. "It's a surprise"I say smiling. "Yay! I like surprises"she says. She looks out the window and I turn the radio on. I'm taking the kids to Disneyland California Adventure. Ren and Caden been wanting to go ever since they were 8. And now, I'm making their dream come true. Disneyland California Adventure is an hour away from where we live. We live here in Cali but it's just an hour away.
~1 Hour Later~
Ren P.O.V
It's been past an hour and I'm getting bored. "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"I ask. I got that from Zuri off of Jessie. Haha. "Almost. Just five more minutes"daddy says. "Okay"I say. 5 minutes later, dad pulls up into a big parking lot. "Ready to see what the surprise is?"dad asks me, Caden, and Alexa. "Yes!"we all says. "Ok then"daddy says. We all get off the car and walk with daddy. "Do you know what this place is?"dad asks us. "Disneyland California Adventure?"I ask. "Yup"dad says. "Yay!"I shout.
Riker P.O.V
I buy the tickets and we head inside. We get on several rollor coasters and we entered some places and bought souvenirs. The kids are having fun. I'm glad I was able to keep the kids instead of Chloe keeping them.
