Dewayne asked as he placed his hand on my knee, I wasn't gonna cry I wasn't because right now that's not what I needed to do I need to get to my son, I pushed dewaynes hand off my knee and got up, I grabbed my keys and made my way to the car, before I could even pull off Jordan was in the car with me

"You need to stay here with you cousins" She shook her head

"Nah I don't no offense mom but you might of had jamir but I spent 9 months in the womb with him and 18 years of my life with him aint no way in hell your going to the hospital and leaving me here wondering whats going on so please drive" She leaned back in her seat as I started the car and pulled off,  right now is not the time for talking I know if I would've told dewayne he would've told me to calm down first fuck all that shit if my son dies I just might end up in jail cus im killing every motherfucker until they tell me what I need to hear

I continued to drag my hands down my face as both of my girls got up and left what the fuck is going on, no one tellin me shit, hes my son to, I felt arms wrap around me tightly when I looked up it was Camille

"Unc their going to the hospital" Camille said as she handed me her phone, I looked at the tweet that Jordan posted a few minutes ago making my brain swarm with bad thoughts

"How you know they going to the hospital?" Camille shook her head

"Unc stop asking so many damn questions and get ya ass to the hospital, I see why they left you now" I kissed camilles cheek as I got up and headed to my truck

"Im coming with you to fam" Ant said as he hopped in the car with me

"Thanks Bro" What the hell did jamir get himself into, once we got to the hospital we wasn't even worried about parking and shit we hopped out and asked the lady at the front desk and she told us he was still in surgery, surgery for what?

"Ummm excuse me mam what is he in surgery for?" Ant asked as the lady looked up and smiled

"Umm bullet wound to the chest" My eyes widen, Who the fuck shot my damn son?!?!?

"Thank you" He gave her a nod as ant guided me to the waiting area

"That bitch La'trell" I looked up and seen my wife, her eyes were red and puffy and tissues covered her lap, I moved from my seat and sat next to her, I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her close to me

"Told you that bitch was trouble but nobody listens to me now my baby in a damn hospital bed practically about to die cus im over reacting but I knew my mothers instinct was kicking in but I was wrong" Tears streamed down her cheeks as she yelled at  me, I hate to admit it but, this was my fault I was pushing mel so hard to like the girl cus she having our grandchild, shit now I wonder if that was even true
