Mortem: Death
So many years and I can't handle this.
I wanna escape this world,
My heart can't take this no more.
So many times I've tried to hide.
I can't seem to find my own way out.
I need a way to cope with this.
Save me before I seek my bliss.

Time after time, I notice everyone is killing my lotus.
Serving my pain like a king,
Stripping my will to sing.
Diamond minds and golden hearts couldn't save me even from the start.
I need an ebony rose,
Cold and dark like when I froze.
I need you.
Be my rose.
Come and claim me before I lose myself,
Before I run up to Mortem.
Before I sink into another problem.
I know you don't want me to.
But I don't know what to do.
I need to end this and Mortem just seems to kiss me all the time,
It's so sublime.
How it promises to help me out.
I always believed it without a doubt.

Dethroning my pain who was king.
Encouraging my will to sing.

It sings to us.
We can hide all we want here.
But I think I should face my fear...
Holding your hand was why I fought.
I was seduced by Mortem,
But you caught me by my heart.
You threw out the razor blades,
Because of you I'll never fade.
Claim me before I am turned to jade.
Kiss my burning rose,
See if you can turn it white.
I want to feel like love,
Strong and brave.
Maybe then I won't be naive.
Save me from myself.
Save me from Mortem.
Save me from it's kiss, it's burning wish.
