I'm in my math class and I'm sitting next to Keaton. It's really awkward seeing as I just called him a loser in front of the whole history class.

"Hey Keaton, I'm sorry if I insulted you in any way." I apologized to Keaton being truly sorry.

"Yeah, whatever." He answers and turns away from me to talk to his friend Jeremy.

"What happened between you and Keaton?" My best friend Lindsay asks me looking confuse. I've only talk to him once before and it was cause I was in a party at his house. However, after about an hour I got bored but I couldn't leave without Maddy so I just sat down and Keaton was next to me so we just hang out for the night. I had a good time but after that we never talked again.

"You know his name?" I wondered, we never talk about him and his name has never come out of any of our mouths.

"Oh Duh! He's Wesley Stromberg's brother." She says with vigor. Wesley Stromberg is the most popular guy in the whole school. Well him and Drew Chadwick his best friend. Anyways, you would expect Keaton to be as cool as them considering how they're related but Keaton's awkwardness kind of stops him from being cool. I can tell he hates being awkward but I think it looks cute on him.

"You know there's more to him than being Wesley's brother..." I pointed out defensively.

"Yeah like what awkwardness." Lindsay started laughing at her own joke. Pathetic. I must look mad because next thing I know she pushes me lightly and says, "I'm just kidding, okay maybe a little kidding but that kid is filled with awkwardness." Lindsay replies while shrugging her shoulder. Why is she so judgemental.

"His awkwardness happens to be cute." I blurt without thinking. I see Lindsay's face change completely and her mouth goes into an "O" shape. That's when I know what she's thinking.

"You totes like him." She points her finger at me accusingly.

"No I just think he's cute." I'm not lying I think he's extremely cute but I don't even know him.

"Katherine!Lindsay! Stop talking."Mr.Kraine yells at us and we start listening to the lesson which happens to be Proofs.
