"Hey, Lachlan. Having fun with your GIRLFRIEND?" He said in a humorous tone, making sure to emphasize the word 'girlfriend.'
Lachlan's eyes widened, his face becoming as white as a ghost.
Galaxy's eyes widened as well, her cheeks turning a crimson red.
"N-nah dude.... Galaxy isn't my girlfriend... We're just good friends..." Lachlan stuttered awkwardly.
Galaxy looked down, a bit uncomfortable, but also, deep down, a teeny bit saddened as well. Was that all she was to him? A 'good friend'? Or did he just label her as only a good friend so that Leo would leave him alone? She would probably never know.
Leo smirked at Lachlan's flustered appearance, finding this awkward situation quite hilarious on his part.
"You sure about that, Bro? You two seemed to be getting quite... 'Comfortable', if you know what I mean..." He replied with a sly smirk, wiggling his eyebrows.
In all honesty, Leo was over exaggerating. He really was. It wasn't like Lachlan and Galaxy were making out up against the lockers, making a scene for everyone to see.
They were just flirting a bit, and even that was kept at quite a minimum.
Galaxy raised her head up to direct her eyes over to Leo, her checks burning. Oh, was she angry. She glared right through him, making him loose his composure a small bit.
Damn. For an adorable small girl, she sure was intimidating when angry.
Did he just call her adorable? Whoops. He meant, 'hideous troll.' Typos, yah know?
Lachlan was becoming a bit aggravated at his best friend's sly comments. Couldn't he just leave him alone and let him spend some time with Galaxy? What was his problem?
Before he could even get the chance to respond to Leo, the bell in the school had rung, indicating that it was time for class.
Lachlan clenched his fists, gritting his teeth. He stepped a bit closer to Leo.
"Dude, you are SO gonna pay for this later." He whisper-shouted, quite annoyed with his best friend.
Leo just kept the same smirk on his lips, his eyebrow raised.
Lachlan then turned to Galaxy, his eyes softening, wishing he could properly say goodbye to her. But with Leo here, he was even pressured just to do that.
He then walked away, images of the rose-colored cheeked girl clouding his thoughts. This made him blush a bit as he walked away, though he was thankful that no one was there to witness his flustered-self.
Once Galaxy noted that Lachlan was gone, she strode right up to Leo, her arms crossed against her chest, her eyes burning into his.
Leo chuckled, enjoying seeing a very angry, yet cute Galaxy.
Oh, sorry. He meant 'hideous.' Stupid autocorrect again...
