She was always so short and small. Everyone else seemed like a giant compared to her. He would always make fun of her height. He hated that about her. He hated that her height was so adorable.

She rarely wore makeup. Most girls wore makeup, which of course, made them appear much more attractive. But Galaxy couldn't be like every other girl. No. She had to be difficult. He hated that about her. He hated that she was always just so naturally beautiful.

She always had such a soft shy giggle. She never laughed loudly like everyone else. She never snorted when she laughed. He hated that about her. He hated that her laugh was just so cute.

Her voice was always so soft around most people, her kindness shining through. Yet around Leo, her voice was more rough, firm. Aggressive, if you will. He hated that about her. He hated that she didn't act the same with him, as she did with everyone else.

She always had such long, wavy hair. It always looked so perfect, unlike every other girl's hair. Whenever Leo would be in a class with Galaxy, he liked to sit behind her, to just stare at her long locks. He hated that about her. He hated that her hair was perfect without her ever having to try.

She was always so delicate and pretty in the appearance factor. Many guys would stare, gawking at her. Why couldn't they just stare at other girls? Why her? He hated that about her. He hated that she was so beautiful, that other guys would always stare.

She was always a perfectionist. Everything had to be done accordingly, while being done in a neat fashion in the process. He hated that about her. He hated that she was absolutely perfect.

He hated so many things about Galaxy. So many...

But did he actually hate HER?

No.
No he didn't.

Leo wiped the one tear that had slipped down Galaxy's cheek, his eyes boring into hers with a soft expression on his face.

He had never looked at her this way. He had always looked at her with eyes filled with hatred, or aggression. Not this time. This time was different.

Galaxy's eyes flickered up towards Leo's noticing the softening of his eyes.

She felt the gentle touch of his thumb wiping away her tear, her cheeks becoming warm.

This was all new to her. This was different. She had never been treated with such soft, delicateness. Even from Lachlan.

Her whole body started to become warm, her heart beat quickening.

What was this feeling? It was different... It was new... She had never experienced these feelings before.

"Leo, what are you-"

Before she could finish her sentence, Leo had pulled Galaxy into a tight embrace, his arms wrapped around her small waist.

Galaxy fell flush against Leo, her hands clenching onto his thick hoodie.

She laid her head against his hard chest, the large hoodie softening the feeling. Though, she wouldn't have minded either way.

She then felt a large hand run through her hair, knowing it was Leo's by the warm touch. His gentle touch calmed her down.

Galaxy noted that her cheeks were burning, her hands trembling.

But she didn't care. She didn't care how nervous she was. She was actually relaxed in this moment. She felt at peace. She was happy.

She smiled softly, nuzzling up against Leo's chest, enjoying the feeling of his warm touch.

Leo was grinning from ear to ear, pleased with himself.

His heartbeat was starting to quicken, but he didn't care.

At this very moment, the girl he thought he had despised more than anyone was laying flush against his chest, basically snuggling him, and he enjoyed every moment of it.

Leo almost snapped back into reality, realizing that at one point he would have to go back to being his narcissistic, cocky-self.

But that point would not be now.

The End. :3
