I finished my song and and I let out the breath I kept contained by the last 4 minutes. I heard a wave of applause, people were screaming my name and throwing flowers at me. I felt the tears coming down my cheeks, but oh boy, these tears were pure joy.

I left the stage and the first person I saw was my piano teacher, Jean Baptiste, he was crying like a lady. Such a dramatic person. He opened his arms to receive me in a tight hug.

"That was perfection ma chérie." He whispered to my ears, I smiled widely.

"Thank you Jean." I hugged him back.

"Come on, let's meet your parents, they must be very proud of their little girl." He said wrapping an arm around my waist.  We walked outside the backstage, to the entrance of the theater and I saw my proud parents waving at me and by the look on their faces, I knew they cried the whole performance. I rolled my eyes just to think about it but smiled at the end, this is my family and that's exactly why I love them so much.

"Mom! Dad!" I exclaimed, they walked faster towards me.

"Honey!" My mom exclaimed as she approached me.

"Louise, baby, that was such an amazing performance." My dad said to me once I hugged them.

"Oh dear, you were incredible." My mom caressed my cheeks. They have witnessed all the hardwork I've done my whole life.

"Thank you Mom, dad, really. I am so happy you guys could make it." I thanked them, knowing all the sacrifices they had to do just to come and see their girl playing the piano.

My dad is a teacher and my mom is a chef, they both work in Paris and they both had to ask for an especial permission at work just to come to Berlin to support me.

"Are you kidding me? There's nothing to thank us for. We're your parents and it is our duty to be here." My dad said and I smiled widely at him.

"Yes of course, and you know... Even if they couldn't make it, you still have your lovely teacher here to support you, always my little love." Jean Baptiste said fluttering his long lashes and his long brown hair , I giggled.

"I know I always can count on you, all of you." I said and we all hugged.

"LOUISE!" I heard familiar voices coming from behind.

I turned around to see Corentin, Melanie, Joan and two boys I didn't knew coming our way. There was a very muscled guy, medium height with brown hair and dark brown eyes, he had a charming smile very similar to Melanie's, so I am assuming is her famous brother Marcel, the one that she always talks about and the other one is very tall, skinny but very fit, blonde hair and green eyes, he looks at me like as if I had grown three heads, he looks tense.

I looked at my parents and they smiled.

"Go on dear, celebrate with your friends, anyway your father and I have a date with Corentin's Parents. We're having dinner together." My mom said and I smiled. I grabbed my coat and bag and hugged them.

"I'll see you later." I said and they disappeared. As I walked towards my friends with a big smile on my face, I noticed Corentin rushing towards me.

"Cor! Joan, Melanie!". They both gave me a quick hug and kisses on my cheeks but Corentin just gave a big long bear-hug and a kiss on my forehead. I loved his hugs because he was really tall, probably the tallest person I've ever know and I always felt safe in his hugs and he always smells like coffee and cigarette.
