People filed out of the royal room, out of the castle, and off of the land owned by the King and Queen. The two Princes' and two Princesses' said goodbye to individuals that said goodbye to them. This wedding will go down in history, because it is unknown to have two couples married at the same time and it felt like it would go down in history, because of how amazing it was.
Once everyone was gone, the four of them left the royal room to allow the servants to blow out all of the candles and clean up. Cían put his hand on Tara's back and looked at her, "I shall see you up in the chambers soon." He said before giving her a peck on the lips and removed his hand as he left. Tara watched as Ardan did the same and kissed Adelaide goodbye but only for a little while. Adelaide and Tara made their way up the stairs to their chambers so they can get out of the wedding dresses and into their night gowns.
They arrived to Princess Adelaide's original chamber, but Tara had begun to share it a couple of months ago. The door shut behind them and Adelaide forced herself onto Tara and kissed her roughly but passionately. Tara welcomed the kiss holding onto Adelaide as she ran her fingers through Tara's hair. After kissing for a few moments, they pulled back to catch a breath. With them panting, they felt tears controlling their eyes and they put their foreheads together closing their eyes.
"You listen to me..." Tara began as tears rolled down her cheek. "We will get out of here like we planned. Ye know what to do once in the room with Ardan."
Adelaide vigorously shook her head after removing her forehead from Tara's and she sniffled. Tara put her hand on the back of Adelaide's head and pulled her in quickly for a kiss. They breathed in and could feel the cold tears landing on their lips as they kissed. Tara wiped her lover's tears away as they pulled back and she smiled lightly, "Let's get dressed."
They went their separate ways to go to their new chambers where their husbands waited. Tara opened the door to her new chamber and shut it behind her. Cían turned once he heard the door shut and he was underdressed in undergarments.
"You...really are beautiful." Cían said appreciating her natural beauty.
Tara smiled walking over to her husband and he pulled her into his arms kissing her starting from her cheek. She could feel tears stinging her eyes, because she was holding them back. She did not like this man holding or kissing her at all. He carried her onto the bed and Tara could tell he was nervous, because he is a shy type of person. He laid between her legs as she laid on her back and he started kissing her neck causing her to look over at the nightstand. This was it—nothing was ever going to be the same again. She reached over and grabbed the piece of metal that was on the nightstand. "I'm sorry, Cían." She whispered.
He lifted his head up and stared down at her not noticing that she was holding onto something to the side. "Sorry? For what, Tara?" He stared at her confused and held himself up with his hands that were next to her on the bed.
"For this..."
She swung the big piece of metal until it hit Cían hard in the head and he immediately was knocked out as he flung to the side and off of Tara. She scrambled off of the bed and put the metal back where it was on the nightstand. She looked at Cían's lifeless body on the bed and lifted her nightgown up a bit as she ran to the door and out the door. She had to hurry and meet Adelaide where they had planned to meet.
She quickly snuck through the castle avoiding any servants or guards as she was near her destination. She finally reached the doors that led to the scaffold where she and Adelaide had planted roses. She could see a body under the scaffold and knew there was no time. They needed to hurry before people in the castle found out that they were gone and nearly killed their husbands. Adelaide rushed out of the scaffold holding two white roses and Tara nodded her head. They took off running as fast as they could holding their nightgowns up.
