Jack POV

"Babygirl are you ready?" I asked as i started grabbing her bags and other things.

"Yeah, I'll be out in just a minute" she yelled from the bathroom.

Our hike date went great. We got to actually know each other on a personal level. Its wasn't rushed or anything. We both payed attention and listened to what the other person had to say. I also noticed things i never noticed about her like the way her face gets whenever she starts to get frustrated or confused or how she smiles over the littlest things. I swear this girl will be the death of me.

"What was that?" I was snapped out of my thoughts

"What?" I couldn't help but be confused.

"You said i would be the death of you?" she asked confused.

"Oh um ya no j-just thinking o-out loud" I stuttered

"Yeah ok sure i'll see you downstairs" she said while going out the door with the rest of the things

Lauren's POV

7 Hours later

"So i heard you and jack hit it off pretty well, just be careful he's known to break hearts." Some Girl named Tiffany said while walking to me

"No, he's known for breaking up with you cause you're a bitch....But thats none of my business" yelled Matthew from across the room. She stormed off and just walked away while the rest us were dying of laughter.

"Your laugh is so cute." Jack whispered in my ear.

"No, its not I sound like a dying raccoon" I said while burying my face in the crook of his neck.

"If you say so, i'm gonna go to bed night babe" Jack said as he started to get up i grabbed his hand

"No, stay with me on the couch" I quietly pleaded in his ear.

"Ok but I'm sleeping on you" Before i could even comprehend what was about to happen Jack grabbed my thigh and just rested his head there.

"oh wow you actually meant it" I said while chuckling a bit

The whole night Jack left his head on my thigh and we silently drifted to sleep.
