Donuts
Dallas
_______________________________It's been about 20 minutes since I arrived at the GCPD, no sign of Jim. It was a relief but yet I sat in boredom.
"Harvey, is there any donuts in the lunch room?" I asked him, swaying back and forth in Jim's chair.
"Yeah, there's two boxes." Harvey kept his head down, writing on some papers.
As I got up Harvey's phone rang beside him. Harvey didn't hesitate to answer it.
"Detective Bullock speaking." He said on the phone.
As I walked past him, he hummed and nodded his head as the person from the other line talked.
"Okay, I'll be right there." Harvey hurried to slam the phone down, grab his gun and coat before turning to me.
"Hey, I have to go. Stay safe, I won't be long." Harvey said, putting on his jacket.
I couldn't say much considering Harvey was bolting out the door.
"Yeah, safe in a house full of corrupt cops." I mumbled to myself, laughing at my own joke.
I saw more cops piling in as a ginger-haired one walked up the stairs. That happening, I walked into the lunch room. Seeing the bright boxes of donuts, a wide smile spread across my face. I walked towards the boxes, only to be stopped in my tracks but sudden gunshots. Frozen in shock, I couldn't move a single muscle. All I heard were loud gunshots and screams from the cops.
Ever so slowly, I reached for my phone and dialed Jim.
"Hey, Da-," Jim answer, only to be cut off.
"Jim!" I said in fear, tears running down my face.
"What's wrong?" Jim asked, worriedly.
"There's gunshots in the station, I hear people's screams." I choked a bit.
"I'll be right there, hide until the mean time. Okay?" Jim ordered me.
"O-okay." I stuttered.
"Just hold on, I'm coming." Jim said before hanging up.
Leaving me frozen in place with my phone to my ear. The gunshots stopped and everything was silent. I put my phone in my pocket and scurried out of the lunch room and into the hallway. I took my time, quietly walking towards a closet until I heard a click behind me. My limbs were frozen once again as a cold gun was pressed against my head.
"Hiya, toots." A deep voice spoke behind me.
To be honest, if Jim would burst in here, it'd be much appreciated.
"Why don't we bring you to the boss, shall we?" The man took ahold of my arm, still having the gun to my head and led me to the massacre that just happened. I gasped at all the dead bodies and snickered from the murders.
"Hey, Jerome. I gotta present for ya'." The bushy man pushed my forward.
"Present? I love presents." Jerome spun around, revealing a familiar face.
My vision went foggy as I remember my constant dream every night. It was him.
My mind went blank as my vision did as well and felt myself fall to the side and slam on the floor.

"I always knew I had the affect on girls." I said, looking at an unconscious Dallas Gordon.
I laughed at my own joke, picking her up and setting her onto a random desk.
"Get the commissioner," I waved at Greenwood.
As everyone got set up, I looked over to Dallas. As beautiful as I remembered. I brushed a strained of her hair before letting my finger trail down her smooth face.
"The fun is just beginning for us, darling." I said to myself, cupping her face and brushing my thumb on his full bottom lip.
_____________________________Dallas and Jerome finally met.
