Ch.4 Camping and IMU'S

I felt better today. In fact I might feel better than I ever have.

I do my usual routine in the mornings. I wore(at the top).

Once I was finished getting ready. I heard a car horn.

I walked outside. Ashton. I sighed and got in.

"Your love bird asked me to drive you to school for the rest of the week. His family is going camping with there cousins." I nodded and we headed to school.

"Awe so cute!"

"Hey! Eyes on the road!"

"Ok clam down beautiful." I sighed and continued to play on my phone till we showed up.

When we got out of the car people started to whisper and be amazed that I was getting out of the car with the most popular guy in school.
(He transfers classes not schools.)

We walk in side and people starting ohhing.

"Oh shut up! Can a girl just get a ride? Its not the end of the world!" I told them all and they all looked down and walked away.

I headed to my locker and got my English textbook and walked to class.

"Wanna hang after school?" He asked.

"What do I have better to do? My boyfriend is getting huggie with trees and my best friend is so sick she has been out for a week!"

"Yours or mine?"

"Mine. I planned on going swimming after school and working out."

"You work out?"

"See." I pulled up my hoodie and showed him my lady abs.

"Well I guess I was wrong."

"As always." I say and walk into class."

"Hurry take your seats!" Mrs.
Brian said.

"Today I will asighn your project to you and your neighbor." (Were in science.) He looked at me with a smile. I him a straight smile. Like a smile you would do when you don't care and they tell you to smile.

"Lexxa and Ashton will have the dry with a towel or hand dry." I rolled my because I have done this every year and I just get the papers of off my computer and then them in every year.

She continued to pick partners jobs, while I'm almost half asleep. But Mr. Crazy keep nudging me with his elbow.

School finally ends and we walk to his car and headed to my house.

"Bret I'm home I have a friend over!! And be normal!!" I scream to him heading up the stairs.

"What ever." He says coming-out of his room and heading down stairs.

He backs up and see Ashton.

"Who is this? You do have a boy friend. You know that right? She does have a boyfriend... You know she has a boyfriend?" Bret asks.

"Yes were just hanging out bro." I say and I tell Ashton to wait out side my room to change. He changed in the hall bathroom.

I finished and put my flip flops on and headed out to the pool.

I take off my flip flops and laid on the chair. I put my shades on and soaked up the sunn.

"BOO!!!" He jumps up at me and I scream.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?!" I yell.

"Fun???" He jumps into the pool and comes back to the surface.

"Get in!" He says.

"No I need my tan for the formal."

"That is 2-weeks away." I rolled my eyes and sat there.

He came up to me and I knew what he was going to do.

I grabbed the sides of the chair.

"Don't worry I just wanted a sip of my water." But he was lying.

He picked me up and put e on his right shoulder. I kicked and screamed

"Ash!!" I scream and he dumps us into the deep end.

I came to the surface.

"Really Ash!!" I scream.

"Calm down." He starts to tickle me in the water. We get close and knew he was going to hiss me.

"Hugh hem." My broth coughed.

"Hey bro." He walks away.

I get out off the pool and run after my brother.

"Bro!" I follow him to his room.

"What was that?!" He yelled.

"I don't know It just almost happened. I didn't want to do that purpose!" I screamed back.

"Well think more!! Use that in there and don't let it happen again. I swear you make the dumbest decisions!!" I was hert by what he said. I walked out and went to my room.

"Lexxa!!" He said bagging on my door.

I here screaming and I run in to the house and walked up the stairs.

"Lexxa!!" Bret scram bagging the door.

"Let me talk to her... Please." I ask and he nodds getting out of the way.

"Lexxa. Its Ashton. Can I come in. Please." The door slowly opens and I walk in. I shut the door and she has he robe on to cover her wet body.

"Lexxa? Whats wrong?" I ask her.

"My brother said that I make stupid decisions. Maybe I'm am that stupid." I said.

I pulled her in my arms and her folded legs in my lap and her head on my shoulder. I felt a tears rolled down my shoulder and on to my chest.

She so sweet. Innocent. Naive. Young. Beautiful. Smart. Likable. Kind.

"Your no stupid some times when someone is made it can get out of hand. Like when your parents fight. They say things they don't mean."

"Yeah I guess your right." She lifts her head. And hugs me. Her body feels so cold. I hug her back.

"Ash?"

"Yeah lex?" He asked.

"Thank you."
