Charlotte invited him in, and he gave her a questioning look. “You are very kind all of the sudden… Why?”
In my opinion that was very rude to say. You should never treat an elderly that way. He wasn’t worthy of either girl if you ask me.
“Dr. Trent, Rose knows about her Long term memory lost. So I will not tell your wife, nor your girlfriend.”
He gave Charlotte a grave look towards me. “Oh, Rose? Oh, she knows about your wife, and she knows about your girlfriend.”
I gave him a wide snicker. I didn’t like this Dr. Trent and I don’t think I ever will. He was rude and a cheater. I bet he never even got his doctor degree at a real college.
“Oh, I see. Well, um, this is awkward. Well, why don’t you just fire me from being your private doctor and we can both just get on with our lives?”
Charlotte and I had annoyed looks on our faces. We exchanged looks and looked back at Dr. Trent. Charlotte wanted to ruin his life. She hated him and she wanted to do anything to torture him.
“Dr. Trent, I make sure that my friend, Rose, here fires you no matter how painful it is to her, although it will be one of the easiest things in the world for her. We aren’t leaving you off the hook that easily though. I said that I won’t tell your wife or your girlfriend about your dating issues, but I’m going to get Rose to tell her.”
Dr. Trent began to laugh. “You’re going to get Rose to tell them?!”
He continued to snicker. “You’re going to get Rose to tell them?!” As if he hadn’t heard Charlotte the first time.
“She can’t talk!”
Charlotte threw herself up from the couch. “Dr. Trent it is time for you to go.”
Dr. Trent stood up and walked towards the door. He began to snicker again. Charlotte pointed toward the door. She walked toward the door to open it for him. He acted as if he was about to say something. Charlotte became inpatient and pushed him out the door and closed the door behind him.
Charlotte stood with her hands holding the door closed for a while. She turned toward me slowly. “I’m sorry that he said that to you, and I’m sorry I said you’d tell his wife and girlfriend.” She was taking everything farther than it needed to go. I gave her a look that said I forgive you. I honestly wasn’t minded by his nasty comments. Charlotte was definitely minded by his comments. She was going to find a way for Dr. Trent’s girlfriend and wife to know his scam.
“I have my ways to let his girls know their man.”
I gave her a questioning look.
“I’ll make sure my friend Rose would tell them girls of his.”
I gave her a confused look. I couldn’t talk.
“His wife and his girlfriend don’t know who Rose is. So why don’t we get Rose to tell them.”
I was kind of getting the point of her trick.
“Let’s get Grace to do it.”
Charlotte grinned and we went to grab the phone. Charlotte started dialing numbers. She put the phone up to her ear, and I was watching her and listening to the conversation.
“Hello? Yes this is Charlotte. Hey, can you do Rose and I a favor? Yea, that Dr. Trent, yea we want to spoil his little secret to his girlfriend and wife… Yea, you heard me right. He cheated on his wife, and he has a girlfriend and a wife now and I want to spoil his secret. Here’s the thing, I promised him I wouldn’t say, for reasons I’ll explain later. Then he started being a jerk.So, now I think his girls should know about his dating issue. I kind of went over board and said Rose would do it… Yea, Yea I realize that now, but… Yea, that was my plan. Ok, so Yes? Ok, Ok bye.”
