It was Khloe.
"Hello?" I said
"Ziva! How are you darl?"
"Khlo bo! I'm good thanks and you?"
"Aha, I'm alright thanks. How's Chace ? He seems like a good guy."
"That's good then. Yeah, he is an amazing guy. Wait, how are you on the phone? Ah, wait. Your mobile?"
"Yeah."
"Oh my gosh. My power thing or whatever is kicking in. something is not right. Why are you guys not doing anything?"
"Because we can't. We caught one of his pack members. He's not here. He took Bella and he's coming back for you."
I dropped the phone.
"Sorry Khloe. I have to go. Be careful. I love you."
With that, I hung up.
I was so scared. I sprinted up the stairs to Chace .
"Chace !" I screamed. "Chace !" I screamed again.
"Ziva, I'm in the bathroom. What's wrong?" Chace called as he ran to my room.
I flopped down on my bed and broke down in tears.
"Ziva, baby. What's wrong? Please tell me." Chace whispered
"He's coming back. He's got Bella and he's coming back to kill me. He's going to kill me." I cried.
"He wont be able to come near you. I wont let him. Ziva, come here."
I sat up and he put his arms around me.
"Ziva, look at me." Chace ordered me.
I looked up at him.
"Ziva, I need to do something." he said.
He started leaning towards me.
Oh my gosh, he's going to kiss me! I thought.
I started leaning in towards him.
Knock Knock Knock
We both groaned.
The kids poked their heads in.
"Z, we heard you crying. What's wrong?" Ella asked me.
"Should we tell them, Chace ?" I asked.
"I think it would be best if we did." He replied.
Okay, here goes nothing, I thought.
"Okay, so you know the wolf that took Bella?" I asked them
"Yeah, what about him?" replied Oliver
"He's coming to get me," I whispered to them
"NO!" They all screamed.
"They can't take our Ziva!" cried Ava and Ella
We were all in tears.
Kris turned to Chace . "You promised you will do something."
"I know and I will, when the time comes. Now, off to bed. Oliver, you seem the calmest. I need to talk to Ziva. Can you please get the others calmed down and ready for bed?" asked Chace .
"Yes, sir." called Oliver as he walked out the room.
I was already lying down when Chace came back from tucking the kids in.
"How are they?" I asked.
"A little bit scared. But they're asleep now." he replied.
"Can you sleep in my bed with me tonight, please?" I called softly as Chace went to his bag.
"Anything for you, Z"
When he came back, I was changed and in bed.
Chace slid into my bed, facing me.
I was still crying.
"Ziva, darl. It will be alright. I will look after you. Promise." Ray cooed to me
"But what if he kills her before the pack gets to him?" I cried
"They will get her back, before he can hurt her and you."
Then, he kissed me.
I was shocked, frozen in place. I started to react. Slowly at first, but then faster. We pulled away. It was the best kiss I have ever experienced.
