Love hurts

The Show Is supposed to be fun..

That was the best nights sleep I have ever had. Chace had kissed me. Really kissed me. 

I rolled over to face Chace . 

"Chace , I..." I started to say.

The kids came flying through my door.

"Guess what day it is?" They all screamed at us.

"Ugh, what day?" Chace asked, sitting up

"SHOWDAY!" Ella yelled

Showday. Of course. 2nd September. 

"We go to the show every year." I explained to Chace .

"Do you think it's a good idea?" Chace asked me

"Mummy called and said that they had seen Jaxon and chased him in the opposite direction to the house." exclaimed Oliver.

"Well then, I guess it's safe to go then. If that's alright with you," I said to Chace 

"Sounds good to me," laughed Chace as he looked at the kids eager faces.

"YAY!" They all yelled as they ran out the door to get ready.

Chace and I layed in bed for another 5 minutes before I got up.

"Well, I'm going to have a shower," I said, kissing Chaces'  head.

When I got out the shower and went down stairs, I found the kids and Chace all sitting on the couch waiting for me. Once they all saw me, they were out the door like a flash and into my car.

"Ahaha, what have you done to my brothers and sisters?" I exclaimed

"Nothing," Chace winked at me.

It took us about 20 minutes to get to the show. I bought the tickets and told the young ones to be very careful and if they saw anything suss to come see me. 

"I've never been to the show before," Chace told me as we walked hand in hand through the show. 

"We are so going on that!" I sreamed as I saw the best ride at the show.

"Do we have too?" Chace asked me

"Yes," I replied.

I payed the ticket guy and climbed into the cart. Chace climbed in next to me. I screamed the whole way, through every tunnel, up and down every ramp and around every loop. When we got to the top of the highest ramp, I heard a scream. Both mine and Chaces ' head whipped around and down to the ground. That was Avas' scream. No doubt about it.

I saw Kris, Ella and Oliver come to a stop at the bottom of the ride. When the ride stopped, I leapt out of the carriage.

"Where's Ava?" I asked.

"He's here. Jaxon's here. Ava is in her wolf form trying to warn the others." Oliver gushed.

"Oh no!" cried Chace .

"Right, do not stop running unless I say. Follow my every word." I ordered.  

"Yes Ziva," they said automatically.

"Walk very fast, one at a time to the bathroom closest to the car." I whispered

They all set off. Execpt Oliver.

"Oliver, Go now." I exclaimed.

"But I want to help!" he argued.

"NOW!" I yelled.

He took of running. Chace and I ran in the other direction.

I really hope Oliver has his phone.

I sent him a text saying;

Oliver, when you get to the car phase into your wolf. I need you to tell the family. Then get the others to phase and run to the school. Trust me, please. Good luck, xo

I heard another scream as we came to the edge of the forest. Chace and I both jumped and landed as wolves. We ran as fast as the wind to where we heard the scream. 

Chace and I both came to a sudden halt. Ava was in her wolf form and pressed up against a tree by Jaxon. I could feel her fear.

The bond tingled.

Ziva, Chace . Bella is behind the tree. She's almost dead but I need some help.

I heard a growl deep in Chace s' throat.

It was my turn to use the bond.

Ava, thankyou my darling. I need you to stay strong. Chace , grab Bella and go. Ava, I'm going to distract him, when I do I need you too run. 

Now it was Chace s' turn. 

Ava, be strong. He cant hurt you if you don't let him. Ziva, I am not leaving you 

"GO" I yelped to no one in particular. We both sprang into action. Before Jaxon even had time to respond, Chace had grabbed Bella and disappeared whilst I had knocked Ava out of the way and was on top of Jaxon.

Ava, go. Run. Get back to the car. Find the others. I will be fine. 

She left.

Crack! My rib cracked and I stumbled. I thought I was gone. But then, he came back. Chace came back. My rib had healed and I heard Bella crying. She was in a tree.

I phased back and flew up the tree.

"Bella!" I cried

"Z," Bella replied. 

"Are you hurt?"  Are you hurt? What a stupid question. Of course she was. 

"Yeah, but I will be okay."

"Are you sure?"

My family came flying into the clearing just as Jaxon back-handed Chace against a tree and bit his throat. 

I screamed. I screamed and screamed and screamed. I jumped down from the tree and flew over to Chace . There was blood everywhere. I was crying when Noah picked me up. I insisted on taking Chace and Bella to the hospital and they finally let me go. Alone.

They had lost Jaxon as soon as he bit Chace . Khloe brought Bella down from the tree and gave her to me. She was battered and bruised and I think Jaxon let his little one bite her. The bastard! He is going to pay. Noah carried Chace to the car and placed him in the car. 

When we got to the hospital, I was relieved when we had to same doctor that I had, Doctor Jane Hemsworth. After an examination, Dr. Hemsworth informed me that Chace was worse of than me. He had broken legs, arms, neck, nose, and his throat had been ripped worse than mine. With my consent, they performed surgery on him.

Whilst Chace had his surgery, I took Bella to get fixed up. We slowly walked to the room where Chace will be staying. 

After 9 hours of waiting, Chace was slowly wheeled into the room. Bella and I had to wait another 1 and a half for him to wake up. 

I wasn't looking when he woke up. 

"Ziva?" asked Chace 

"Chace ! It's okay. I'm here. Thank you. You were amazing out there. You saved Bella. You saved me. You shouldn't of come back but I thank you for it." I cried. He was alive. My Chace was alive. 

"Ziva. You are beautiful. You are an amazing girl and how protective you get over your siblings, wow. And the leadership you have in you, its amazing. You are the girl I want to be with forever. Ziva, I love you,"
