Ch 2) Georgia

"Ummmm, Xander what are you doing?!" His little sister Georgia says in a questioning/shocked tone.

Both Regan and Xander pushed away from each other and stared back and forth, their eyes unable to decide where to put their focus, either on themselves or Georgia. They were both wondering, " Oh crap, what the heck do I do?!" and, " Oh my gosh, how much did she see?"

Both Xander and Regan were panicking, trying to come up with a solution and they whispered some ideas to each other. Finally Xander says frantically, " Ummmmm, Georgia... I tell you what, I will give you all of my candy left from Halloween if you act like you didn't see anything." He was hoping to appease his sister's appetite and keep her from doing anything, suspicious. But this attempt did not work.

" Xander. Please, you think that will keep me from saying anything, I am in 6th grade now. You're gonna have to do more than candy to get me on your side." Georgia replied.

" Fine, I'll give you 20 bucks." he said in a not-so-nice manner.

" 27, you know I am trying to get an apartment, help me out here would ya' " Xander says, signaling her to cut-it-out.

" Okay, fine..." Georgia says, succumbing to his bribe. Xander pulls out his black leather wallet and hands her the money. " Thank you," she says in her "sassy" tone. She quickly moves to the kitchen and gets her drink of water then goes back to bed so that Xander would not change his mind and try to take his money back. She fell asleep thinking, " My brother is weird".
