"Aaaaaaash, I missed you so much. Did you miss me~"

Brock was back. Singing and dancing once again.

'He better cook for me at least once on this journey so we get some use out of him.' Ash thought not answering back, hoping to get out of the conversation.

"Ash who is this creep. Is this the guy you were talking about meeting."

*siiiiigh "yes. Brock meet misty. Misty meet Brock. Both of you are apparently joining me for my journey. Sooooo get used to each other."

While the two ex-gym leaders talked to each other Ash thought of her next game plan.

" Come on Ash, think. We have two gym badges. There is like six... Or maybe seven or maybe eight all together. I beat them, beat the elite four and then finally I'll be the best. But what then? Will I have what I've searched for will I be able to protect the ones I want to. " Ash wondered/worried out loud.

"You're thinking to much. Lets just take one step at a time. And maybe one day you will be able to answer those questions with certainty.
But why are we talking about such a deep subject. This might be a good time to relax and let out all the Pokemon. It might be comfortable in that ball but it gets crowded after a certain amount of time." Pikachu lazily said while snoozing on her head.

Shaking her body around like a noodle and clapping her hands to shake all the deep thoughts out of her head and TRY to loosen up. "Lets take a break and eat something. Come on out Abra. Brock, you start dinner."

Like Ash, Misty and Brock let their Pokemon free. After Abra, pikachu, onix, geodude and staru were out, Brock started dinner, not minding to much that he was ordered to do so and Misty was reading crazy stuff on her phone about skittles coming out with bags containing only one color.

Ash and the other Pokemon of course were restless, so they decided to play red light, green light. (a game in which one person stands on one side of the room and a bunch of others stand on the other side. The one person calls red and green light which indicates stop or go. The first person to get to the other side wins.). Geodude is not the 'best' at any game that involves running so he and Ash teamed up.

To sum up the game, pikachu would always back up and cheat if someone got close. Onix had to go farther back than everyone else because he is five times bigger than them. Staru has pencil thin legs so he fell over when it was red light, sending him back to the beginning. Abra usually teleports but after the first time he used it to win, it was banned because teleportation is considered 'unfair'. Ash and geodude (mostly Ash) were try-hards and won most of the games.

When they got tired they laid upon the grass looking at the clouds, trying to make shapes. So far they found a frog holding a bowling ball, a dinosaur in a top hat, a smiley face and their favorite so far was a cloud shaped like a CLOUD! Crazy Right.

Finally they heard a whistle calling them over for dinner. Bounding over to the campfire looking like puppies wagging their tails waiting for food.  Handing over a dish of chewy pellets to the Pokemon in dishes and handing Ash a plate of a stew like concoction.

After about two minutes that contained only the sounds of munching, Ash had already finished her bowl and moved to the leftovers finishing them off. Kinda full but still able to eat more Ash moved to nibble on the Pokemon pellets while Misty, Brock and even the other Pokemon looked on with silent amazement.

Sleeping arrangements were easy. Misty and Broke both had their sleeping bags placed next to the dying fire. While Ash was in the middle of a cuddle fest, herself as the middle, onix as the big cocoon  and all the other Pokemon in between.
