CHAPTER 1
The 13th
This world called Earth originally have 12 countries and because of the "Rebellion of the Minority" and last world war few years ago a new country emerge so there is this Country 13 having 24 regions. The world is now at peace but war veterans or fighters have nothing to do ever since. The long battle was their life and it was just ended just like that. The government of Country 13 heard their voices and decided to have an annual tournament for fighters and each region should have participants.
The rules are easy, fight until one can't stand, any weapons can be used, and there should be no killing. To avoid overpowers they made a seal within the coliseum that every weapon shall be hidden and can be summon by casting them. Participants must use only one weapon through-out a single round. The rules still have flaws that some participants only bring an overpowering weapon of choice and use it throughout the tournament so the rules are changed and the seal was replaced.
Before participating, a participant must have 3 different types of weapon or items that will be spellbind to 3 different easy to cast spells. The 3 types are R-Type - items that gives you Strength boost, P-Type - items that gives you Stamina boost, and S-Type - items that gives you Dexterity boost. They will be binded to a child's game called "Jack 'n Poy" or "Rock, Paper, Scissors". With these categories people would who have an advantage or disadvantage when it comes to weapons or items used but still the fighters will decide who will be the best by winning.
Several years have passed and the annual tournament was still alive and not only veterans are participating but young and old holding a title of Regional Representative. This had become a new mode of entertainment for others and was accepted by many. The annual tournament was now held every year during the Veteran's Festival where people gathered around the world here at Region D, Country 13 just to see people fight for a chance to win a luxurious prize and made it to the hall of fame. The rules are also tweaked again but still avoiding bias.

J: Thanks for the info old man as I promised
*J gave the old man a large box*

Old Man: I will, anyways about the tournament, if you want to join just go to the central of this city and find Markuz.
J: I'll think about it.
