I ran down the stairs and yelled for my mom as loud as I could. "MOM! COME. HERE. NOW." She came running to the bottom of the stairs. In a panic she said, "Britt, are you okay?" "Yes mom." I said. "Then why are you yelling at the top of your lungs, Britt?" I took out my phone and showed her Murr's tweet. She smiled and said, "I guess it was a good idea on saving all that money from working at Dairy Mart this summer."

Yes. I worked at a place call Dairy Mart this past summer. I would still work there if it wasn't for the humiliation it brought. The uniforms were cow printed. The hats. The shirt. The gloves the deli people wore. The only things not cow printed were the pants and shoes. They were black. Every time the jocks came in getting last minute drinks before practice, they would laugh and say, "Look everyone! It's Nerd Cow!"
Yes I know I have glasses, I'm not a size 0, I'm in a cow print uniform, and have good grades, but you don't need to call me Nerd Cow. I quit after 2 months. But anyway, back to the conversation with mom.

"Yes. It was a good idea. The tickets are only $45 for meet and greets." "Are you sure you are going to be able to get meet and greets, Britt? They aren't selling many of them" Mom said. "I will do anything for those tickets. And I mean anything. I would even go back to working at Dairy Mart." "Okay. You are serious about them, Britt! You only have 5 minutes until they go on sale. You better go get your laptop turned on."

She didn't even finish that sentence before I ran upstairs to get my laptop. I was so excited as I watched the countdown on the website. What was I going to say when I met them? How was I going to react? I knew the second answer was probably me crying. Who wouldn't cry when they meet their idols?

When the clock said 3 seconds until tickets go on sale, I refreshed the page. As soon as it came back on, I clicked the button for 1 meet and greet ticket. The website said there are still tickets available. Awesome! I filled out the form to finish buying the tickets and the website glitched when I clicked the finish purchase button.

No. No. No. This was not happening. Why now? I refreshed the page and tried clicking on the seat again. In bold letters it said sold out. I clicked on all the seats around it. Sold out. All the seats were sold out. All I could get out of mouth were the following words: "This is not happening."
