Steve's POV

OMFG.

Tony's actually right for once. Damn. There's so much happening so let me get you up to speed.

So, Clint's trapped in the elevator and got transported by a now known purple dimension rift. I still don't understand how Tony guessed that. Anyway, Natasha was the first to find out and ran to tell us. Bruce didn't show that much sympathy and Tasha fled. Yep, it's pretty crazy right?.

Now we're trying to contact Clint; well, I'm trying to contact him. Not sure about the others though.

5 Hours Later...

Well, I give up. 5 tired useless hours wasted finding nothing. Alongside Natasha, we basically went round in circles. Ah well, I guess time will only tell. Natasha's never her usual self though.

Peeta POV

Clint and I head back to crash at my place without any unexpected visitors *cough cough* peacekeepers on the way.

(AN: One of my friends who sadly adores smut, suggested that I'd include a PeetaxClint in this chapter. I was like hell no. I ain't rating this masterpiece mature. 👎No offence towards smut though)

Back at Peeta's place...

We both head inside and settle down in the living room. (AN:These houses not based on the movie), chatting and laughing just like old friends. After a while, Clint begins to yawn. "Well, it looks like its time for bed eh?"

"That would be nice." *C

"Follow me I'll show you your room. I'll go see if I have some spare clothes."

"Oh thanks Peeta. That's much appreciated." *C

Clint POV

Peeta shows me to my room. It's opposite his so, I guess help won't be too far away. I open the door to find a room with beach blue painted walls, a single bed, a beside table, a wardrobe and a painting of a beach hanging above the bed. I guess you could say that the room was simple, I didn't really expect much. Simple is good, it gives the room a homeish feel. I don't have anything to unpack so I awkwardly lie on the sea-patterned bed linen, wondering what to do next. I wonder of in a cluster of random thoughts for how ever long I don't know until I fell asleep.

The next day...

I wake up to morning sun to hear the sound of chirping birds and children playing in the yard. Yeah no. Let's not get too imaginative here. Well, I did wake up to the morning sun but I definitely didn't wake up to hear harmony and rhapsody. I woke up to hear utter silence, maybe the occasional yelp of a crowd, nothing fancy. I get out of bed and look outside my window. I'm just about to soak in my surroundings when I hear Peeta walk in.

"Morning. How was your sleep?" Peeta asks.

"It was actually pretty good. Great view eh?"

"Hmmm? Oh right the view. It's not bad I suppose. After living here for a bit, it becomes a part of your daily lives."
