Ch. 4

~Patrick's POV~
Tell me exactly where he went Andy, I was freaking out we were on in 15 minutes and Pete was missing. "I told you Patrick he didn't say don't worry he will be back on time," Andy said for the tenth time. We've been having this conversation for the past 30 minutes and I wasn't giving up on it until Pete walked in. Right as I was about to ask again I hear the door open turning around I see Pete walk in with a teenager? Pete, one where were you and who is that? I ask in a state of confusion, and I start to realize this is going to be a long night.

~Pete's POV~
What did she mean Miss Jackson's home for lost children, then it dawned on me that was the orphanage just down the street. Something in my eyes must have made he think I was going to kick her out of the concert because right as I had that thought she pulls away and try's to walk away. Wait I grab her arm and spin her around where are you going I thought you wanted to meet the band? I-I-I thought y-you were going to make me g-go back there, she finally stutters out. Why would she think that then it dawns on me, she was being abused or bullied there. I wouldn't do that, are you being hurt there? She looked at me ready to answer then her faced changed and Annabelle quickly stated no I'm just fine, it was a little forceful and then I knew I can't let her go back.

~Annabelle's POV~
"Are you being hurt there?" Pete asks and I want to tell him but I know I can't I don't want to be punished again for trying to tell someone. Right before I go to tell him I change my mind and quickly force out, no I'm just fine. I know I said it a little forcefully and I can tell he noticed too, crap well it looks like no meals for me tomorrow if she doesn't kill me when I get back.
