I was sitting next to a demon, literally. She kept slowly trying to make contact with me. That little slut just thinks everyone wants her. Well, she thinks I want her.

I don’t care for her really. Her light blonde hair could do nothing but make me sadden. Right? I’m just confused I went from a lesbian to dating a male archangel. That can happen, right? Not in the normal world. *parenthesis = screams*

It sounded so different. The lyrics were okay. I could tell they didn’t try to be poetic. I was kind of disappointed. I mean the song he let me listen to before was so perfect. Was he trying too hard to write a love song and failed. It’s a bit depressing knowing that he couldn’t write a love song even if it would save his life. I need to have a talk with him about this.

“Link!” I shouted. It also made Stacy move her hand from my thigh. Hah, 2 jobs done at once. “We need to talk about something.”

“Yeah, sure.” He said looking worried. I hope what I’m about to do isn’t upsetting.

I grab his arm and lead him into the car and shut the door. I open the door and jump into the car seat.  I kept driving to until I reached the landing. “Your fucking kidding me, right?”

“What?” He didn’t look confused. He looked like he was about to barf up laughing. Yes I mean actually puke and laugh.

“That song… I know you can do better. What was that?”

“Okay, okay. I suck at writing songs that are about love. I want to keep it hardcore.”

“Dude, sometime singers have the sweet sappy song and then they have their hardcore songs. It’s how an album works.” I grabbed his hand.

“Okay, tell me what’s wrong?”

“What do you mean?” Oh god he knows. He’s fucking archangel, how could he not know?

“Your aura, it’s wrong. It’s dark. It’s not right.” He pulled me into his arms. “I need to know. I won’t get angry.”

“Link, I cheated!” I burst out crying into his chest. “I’m sorry! I’m sorry! Link, I just can’t help it. I’m a fucking idiot.”

“With who.” He was holding in his anger. Why isn’t he dropping me off at the end of the road leaving me there? I deserve it.

“Stacy…” I saw the tears run down my face.

“Oh…” I heard him chuckle.

“What’s so funny?”

“Stacy is a succubus.”

“Yeah I know that.” I brush the tears out of my face.        

“You couldn’t help but like what she does.” I smile a cheeky grin. I’m so glad he’s not hurt. Something moist touched my forehead.  “You know maybe I should make that place ours.”

“What?” I gave him a confusing look.

“I wouldn’t mind starting a family with you. I mean I love you and I couldn’t watch you in pain and sorrow.”

“Dude, I’m not desperate for marriage, I'm only like 23.”

“I'm immortal and so will you…”

“Link, what are you talking about?” Immortal? I mean I know I am technically immortal already, but not like an archangel.

“Jade, its cause, you aren’t just a vampire.”

“What do you mean I’m just a vampire?”

“You’re an angel.”

“Thanks for the compliment, Link, but really what am I.” He stared at me seriously. No, I'm an angel how. I thought vampires couldn’t bit angels. I'm so confused on what’s going on here. “I am an angel? How did I get bit?”

“Cause technically you’re a fallen angel. You were a cross-breed between death, human, angel, and evil.”

“Link, you aren’t making any sense. I was human in high school. I know I was.”

“Do you remember talking to death when you were young and people thought you were talking to yourself, but since you were 8 they thought it was a phase? What about when you were 13 and Joshua almost raped you if a darkness hadn’t appeared to scare him off and leave him confused the next day.”

“How do you know about this? Are you using your powers?”

“No, because normally a vampire bite leaves you forgetting your past and you remember every bit all that bit did was strengthen your power. Rose was trying to protect you but she lost her mind.” He looked behind to the back window. I looked back also I saw nothing. He brought hi head back to his hands. He taps his fingers onto his knuckles. “I know how about the other thing, the Joshua thing, because… I was the darkness.”
