9. Just Stunning

Lesli was waiting anxiously for the secret I had for her. I then let out a sigh said in a super girly white girl voice "Guess who got asked out for a date by the quarterback of our high school?" Lesli squealed and said "Catherine! Ughhh...Jayden must really like you to ask you out on a date...." she attacked me with a hug,then she said"....I say that because ever since our middle school year till now in our senior year,he has NEVER asked a girl out on a date nor has ever asked a girl to be his girlfriend!!! At some point I thought he was gay ,but I mean come on....he probably has found what he was looking for!"

I was left speechless...then i thought again...was I bieng prank? I can't believe it...I'm bieng so delusional...I don't want to accept the fact that my Bff is saying this to me...I then feel something soft and fluffy slap me across my face and got me out of my thoughts. "EARTH TO CATHERINE!!!" I then realized that Lesli slapped me with a pillow...I clear my throat and say "Lesli...I-I'm so shocked about what I'm hearing.How is he not d-disgusted of me? I mean I'm ugly and fat!" The room is filled with silence. Lesli then broke the silence by saying "ohhhh nooo....CATHERINE ROLEX you are fudging gorgeous! I mean your personality is freaking awesome! You need to stop putting yourself down...It's not good for you! Look...Don't let nobody say anything negative of you...Not even yourself! I know that you should be stronger than that." I then feel tears slowly filling in my eyes and Lesli hugs me. Wow. I think this friendship was meant to be.

We finally let go and Lesli hands me some tissues that were on my nightstand. She then gives me a light smile and says"Awww Cathy there is no need for crying...If it makes you feel better I got a little suprise of my own!" I smile and nervously wait for what she has to say "Well...You know whenever Michael walked me to your car..." I nod my head yes "He asked me out on a date on friday!" I smile and says "Awww...Omg I know this was happening!" I squeal and clap my hands lighty. I then realized we have to go shopping...Like big time shopping. I then head to my Bathroom and change meanwhile leaving Lesli in my room alone. I told her she can use my computer while I change.

When I got out the Bathroom I saw Lesli doing her hair. She turns around and says "Already!!!" I laugh and got my keys and purse. On the way out of my room I put some perfume on, and I offered Lesli and she gladly accepts. When I was making my way towards the front door, it was being open by somebody on the other side. It was my dad...I guess he just got back from work and he looks like he is about to pass out asleep. "Hi dad...How was work?" He yawned and said "It was okay...I'm really tired." I then said "Dad...meet my new bestfriend Lesli Damares....and Lesli meet my father Mr.Rolex!" They shake hands and I say once again "Well dad if you don't mind...Lesli and I are going shopping!" My dad gave me a warm smile and he said "Yeah...Go ahead but be careful!" I thank him and off to the mall we go.

When we entered the mall I turned to Lesli and say
"Okay...So where do we start?!"

...After 3 Hours of Shopping...

I was starting to get hungry and tired, so I told Lesli "Let's take a break...You hungry?" She said "Ughh..Yes please! I hear my stomach speaking to me" I giggled and say "Let's go!" We went to the escalators that took us to the food court. After a whole 10 minutes of seeking a place to eat...We finally decided chick-fil-a! We ordered our food and sat at the closest table nearby. I smiled at Lesli and said "So...how are you loving the new style so far?" Lesli smiled widely and said "Catherine I cannot thank you enough for what you are doing for me...like I had no idea what style was!" I was going to respond when I heard one of the cashier's called our number. "104 YOUR ORDER IS READY!" Lesli and I got up to get our order. Then after we sat down we ate our food and had small talk about what senior events we had coming up. We then finished our food probably 30 minutes later and we headed for some more shopping.

We went to Forever 21 to check out the shoes and handbags, because they are so freaking gorgeous. What caught my attention were these beautiful wedges that were black and had little diamond crystals on the front where it covers your toes. I was about to try them on when out of a sudden I feel a tap on my shoulders so I turn around and see that girl Cindy from our school. She clears her throat and says "Hi, we haven't properly met, but my name is Cindy Furgus and also know as JAYDEN'S EX!!! So I suggest you to back off because he'll soon come back for me and you'll see it sooner than you can lose weight!" Is this a dream...I need somebody to pinch me because this girl is making a big mistake right now I don't even know her...why would she be rude to me... Is it because jayden talks to me? Is it because jayden is being sweet and kind to me? Is she jealous? Lesli told me that Jayden has never had a girlfriend before so why would Cindy confess to me that she is his ex? Is this true? I was in shock... I don't know what to do, and she basically called me fat....so before I was going to say anything to her, she's already out of the store and she is no where to be seen...Lesli comes out of the dressing room and says "So how do I look?"

I know what you guys are thinking... I am a horrible person for leaving yall in such a cliffhanger, But I love the suspense .....and y'all have to remember that I also have a life so not always will I update on time but I am trying my best to update from 3-4 days the max.
