I finally had a class with Lesli. She then looked at me in shock because I had roses in my hand and Lesli ran to me and said "Catherine tell me at this instance who gave you those roses!" I smirked and said "It was Jayden" Lesli then squeal and she catches a few people's attention. "Sorry...Don't mind her!!" I said to those who were staring. Lesli smiles at me and she says "That is so freaking cute!!! How did you react?" I then her my reaction and I change the subject on what she is wearing today for her date with Michael. She pulls out her phone and shows me the outfit she is wearing. It's black V-neck shirt with white high waist jeans and black Converse...is this human being turning into me?.. I laughed and said "That is kinda similar to what I wear all the time!" She then smiles and says "Will does it look cute?" I then gasped and say "Lesli...That is really cute!!!"
She giggles and says "He did tell me we were going to the drive-in movies... it's probably like 2 hours away so I have to go straight home to change and he is going to pick me up. So we'll be on our way over there for it won't be too late on the way back." Wow...Jayden hasn't told me where we are going out on a date to. I then Smile and say" That is actually very cute!!! You guys are going to be to be alone and the dark and who knows what happens..." I then wiggle my eyebrows at her and she says " Catherine Rolex how dare you think that way!!!" We then burst into laughter not caring about how many people are looking at us like if we were crazy. We stay the rest of the period talking about nonsense and childhood stories.
So school ended...when I suddenly remembered that I didn't bring my car today at school so I had to find me a ride because Lesli left early. I was standing in the parking lot like an idiot trying to look for my moms contact and nothing. I see nothing . I couldnt see because somebody hands were covering my eyes. It was Jayden because he said "No it is not the Hottest guy in the world" That voice was stuck to my brain ever since I met him...his voice is so- Calm down Catherine. I then laugh and scream out "Jaydennnn...I know its you!" He laughs and says "Hey what are you doing out here alone and where is your car?" I then hesitated and said "Lesli actually gave me a ride this morning, but she left early" Jayden then offered me a ride back home so I gladly accepted the offer. We were still at the school parking lot and Jayden took my roses and put them in the back seat. I got in the passenger seat and put my seat belt on. Jayden got in and started the truck...it kinda came to an awkward silence, but then he broke it by saying "Did you freak out when I brought you roses?Because if I did I'm very sorry!" I smiled and said "Not at all...I actually thought it was very sweet of you to do that!" He then sighed of relief and said "Okay good! I didn't want you to feel awkward...oh and guess where I'm taking you!?" I then yelled out the most randomness answer by saying "DISNEYLAND!!!" Jayden then chuckles and says "Your actually kinda close! I'm actually taking you to a Carnival that is in town...I thought it would be nice to actually show you around a little." That's pretty decent
now I don't have to worry on doing my makeup and hair that much because The struggle is real! I then gave him a warm smile and said "Awesome...so I know what to wear now! I actually haven't been at a Carnival in a while..." Jayden then smirks and say "Well...Let's go!!! I wouldn't want your dad to come hunt me down because you haven't returned from school yet!!!" I laughed and off we go.
It was 6:54 and Jayden was picking me up like around 7:00. The bell rang and my heart started beating fast.i then hear My dad yelled "I got it!!!" From downstairs. I then nod and say to my self "Please don't freak him out dad!" I went to my room quickly and grabbed my purse. I then go downstairs and see the door slighty open. Are they outside? I then walk towards the door and peeked thru the little glass and saw my dad standing in front of Jayden with his hands in his pockets meanwhile Jayden looked so focused at him. I open the door and clear my throat and say "Dad you can stop freaking him out now!" Jayden chuckled and he quickly went silent when my dad glanced at him. I smile and Jayden says "Well nice meeting you Mr.Rolex...I should get going because I don't want to get your daughter home late" I smile and we hit the road.
It took us about 30 minutes to get to the carnival. Jayden and I just kept talking about school and our personal lives. We got out of the truck and Jayden went to the ticket booth and he bought 200 tickets and I kept motioning my hand towards my purse but Jayden would grab my hand and say "I'm supposed to pay it's a date" I smile and he chuckles. After so many rides Jayden said "Goodness I'm starving wanna go grab a bite?" I just nod my head and he grabs my hand which by the way I felt sparks flying and butterflies in my stomach I don't know how to react and It was like dreaming. There was a corn dog please and Jayden said "I love these corndogs!!! You must try them" we walked towards the stand and there was an elderly woman taking orders she smiles at us and says "How may I help you young couple and can I just say both of you look adorable" I smile and Jayden smirked and said "Yes! Me and my GIRLFRIEND would like 2 corndogs each..." Wait hold up did he just say girlfriend?!! The elderly lady smiled and said "Coming right up!" I turn to look at Jayden and say
" Jayden...Girlfriend? Really?" He begins to chuckle and says " I need to let people know that you are taken!" I smirk and say "Not yet pretty boy!" Jayden then smirks and says "Oh really?! Is that so..." He comes closer to me and puts one of my strand of hairs behind my ear and I hear someone clearing there throat and Jayden turns around to see The elderly Women with 4 corndogs in her hands. Jayden blushes and grabs the Corndogs and he pays saying "Keep the change" .
We found a table nearby the river that was next to it and it was a very nice view of the carnival. We sat there was complete silence...you can just hear giggles from nearby couples and children running around and laughing. Jayden then holds my hand and says "Catherine Rolex you are beautiful! And-and I know you must be thinking that I'm crazy but no....I see your inner beauty and it's amazing!" I was in awe and I squeezed his hands and say "Jayden Franco you are Amazing!"
We then finish our food and went to the games they had in the carnival. I spotted a big alien stuffed bear and I squealed! Jayden looked at me worried and he said "What's wrong cathy?" I this pulled him towards the hanging prize and there it was....alone...waiting for a owner to claim it!!! And I was that owner!!! Jayden laughed and said "You want that alien don't you?" I then smiled and said "Hell yeah!!!" Jayden then walks over the booth and there was a guy back towards us meanwhile he was fixing the other small prizes. Jayden cleared his throat and the guy turns around. I caught my breath.
