Honoka stared in awe, her face pressed against the clear windows of the claw machine. She watched as Nico Yazawa, her tiny upperclassmen, skillfully picked up the bear Honoka wanted.
The claw moved towards the hole at the edge of the game and the plush bear made a "plop" noise as it hit the end of the prize tube.
" Aaaaah! Thank you so much Nico chan!" Honoka beamed while she hugged the plush.
"Heh.. It was nothing,really!" The third year said with a hair flip and proud expression.
The two started to wander around the colorful arcade and then Honoka asked,
"Nico, what do you think you'd look like if you were in a video game?"
"Where'd that come from?!"
"Just answer the question!"
"Hmm, well... I'd be wearing a cute pink and black dress with my name on it... And I'd have rabbit ears to go with it."
"That sounds cute."
"That's the point! Also it would light up."
"We could do matching outfits!"
"Your outfit would be orange and black with your name in it and you'd have.... Mickey Mouse ears!"
"Why Mickey Mouse?"
"I-it's cute too!"
At that moment, Nico looked over at Honoka and saw her face looking up with a wondering expression. "Shit she's cute" Nico thought.
"H-hey Honoka...."
"What is it?"
"You would wear Mickey Mouse ears because they're cute... Just like you..."
Nico hid her blushing face and Honoka put her hand on her shoulder with a warm smile.
"Bunny ears would look cute on you, Nico chan. They really bring out your inner cuteness!"
